You feel at ease and you can feel the owners ' love for their land and their traditions. Excellent food and perfect matching wines suggested by the sig. Augustin. It is one of our places of the heart… this place is a crossroads of nations, and theatre of recent history!

Amazing artisanal and genuinely organic place. Their food is all produced there, a complete cycle of growing plants and keeping animals, with nothing wasted. The flavours are incredible, you realise how far modern food industry has removed us from a simple nutritious meal. Highly recommended.

Were early Dec. On the occasion of a dew celebration in the Loc. Devetak very fond of the versatile selection of regional specialities and the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The demands and expectations were very high.
The quality of the food the offer of the winery and in particular the professionalism and the reception of the staff is absolutely rewarded with a visit.

A review is not enough to describe the attention and mastery of Augustin, the skilful owner who follows with his family this place transmitting all the flavors and smells of the Collio and Soprstall accompanying you with excellent wines. Breathtaking winery.

We were treated as principles, both by the proprietor Avguštin and by every member of his staff.
Inn with 2 indoor halls and a closed veranda, large tables carefully laid.
The food of the highest quality, both meat and fish.
We have tasted: prosciutto crudo, cut by hand all porcine: soft polenta with sautéed porcini mushrooms, baked porcine and small red shrimp of Porto Santo Spirito (BA) ginger sauteed with mango cream of mushrooms and potatoes with Mignon croutons scented with pepper noodles with chickpea flour with wild boar sauce with dried laurel and finally… I'm still touched… Coffee Mousse drowned in tiramisu cream and Cocoa Savoyard… A real treat.
Absolutely to try.

A hidden gem — merging the Italian, Slovenian and Austrian culinary traditions of this traditionally multicultural region. "Mitteleuropa" at its best. P. S. : They've formed an association with other slightly remote, family-run tradition restaurants called "Premiate Trattorie d'Italia" — ALL well worth the trip!

This is THE place to be if you want to eat local gastronomy in a wonderful region, have a fully enjoyable moment, with great wines and food with a highly international level and last but not least gastronomy professionals who are not hunting stars but treat you like a star. One of my very best memories ever in Italy. Highly recommended!

We were guests of this "boutique" restaurant for a Valentine's dinner. What to say when crossing the entry threshold you are literally pampered by the skilled staff. And when they begin to arrive the courses and a pleasure for all the senses. High prices but adequate for the service.

This Trattoria exists from the far 1870 that the Devetak family manages great. Here and again all with the flavors of once the vegetables from the garden The Rabbits free the chicken our home made sweets well, what about more?

We went two to the Lokanda for a dinner, we ordered two menus (autumn and Karst) : Both Yummy, the autumn perhaps more sought after, the other more abundant; In any case at the end of the meal we were more than satisfied. The wine also very good, we were recommended by the sommelier, very prepared and sympathetic character. The price was relatively surprised: considering the quality (but also the quantity) of the food we found it relatively low. Overall great!

Realy good food with local dishes and very friendly and service minded. We will be back. ☺

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary with you, and wanted to thank you for your kind availability. We ate splendidly well, sublime green asparagus puree baby food jar with ricotta, cream of onion and asparagus very unique, exceptional sliced veal rump roast and so everything else. Accompanied by fine wines. We actually received compliments from all the invitees for the choice of the location! A big thank you to Gabriella and Ustili and whole family Devetak. Grace and Daniel.

Lovely place in the heart of the carso goriziano run by a family that for generations carry on the restaurant business. The products are excellent and the grounds are very well suited to children and families.
