Charming property located in a great location, impeccable hospitality and courteous staff. The spacious and cosy rooms, the elegant furnishings of the common areas, hearty breakfast that offers a large variety of food and drinks. I highly recommend it.

Price, location, and very friendly. We were already often here and will come again next year.

The highlight is the location, not directly on the beach but in second row close to it. This facilitates a good night's sleep, because it is on the Lungomare loud. Secondly, the excellent cuisine, it is worth mentioning, which has never disappointed us. We were this year for the second time there. Thirdly, the Hotel offers in bad weather, a Basin with sea water, which helps the weather away. We have made the experience, that it is also in case of bad weather, this Hotel is nice and cozy. There are also comfortable Lounges on the ground floor. There is a danger that we will come again. Dr. Wolf Dietrich Zuzan and his wife Dr. Marie-Luise Zuzan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in the service, very small single rooms and very repetitive plans.

We are a year one to three times for short holidays in Grado, and have for many years enjoyed the warm Service of the friendly staff, to the bath in a Central location, excursions, and gastronomy and the cleanliness of the house. The manageable size of the hotel and the associated family atmosphere is important to us and make us regular guests of the Abbazia Grado.

— Small bathroom without shower, small room, in-store parking too expensive, inconvenient to reach and overcrowded. Sad place and not suitable for young people. The kitchen is never entirely satisfactory.

Basically the price is too high compared to the quality offered by the hotel.

The hotel has a very friendly staff and is very clean. At the reception you will be served and advised in a friendly manner. Only the rooms are a bit dated and small. But the situation is very good. Again at any time.

Small room and bathroom, I made myself replace the mattress, uncomfortable with a central pit, never seen in a 4 star hotel.

Hotel a few steps from the beach and from the historic centre. Guest for years now, I allieto of the dishes prepared by the Chef Mauro and his staff. Before dinner I did not miss anything the classic dip in the indoor swimming pool with sea water. The management is always polite and friendly in order to satisfy any type of request. In addition, for art lovers, there is never a shortage exhibitions of local artists, national and international.

Close to the beach, rooms are large vs most Italian hotels, bathroom has shower in bath, excellent continental breakfast, friendly staff, mostly speaking Italian and German. Many restaurants in the vicinity as well as fast food restaurants. Salt water covered pool and a small sun deck on the roof. Decor is dated but the room was reasonably priced. Recommended.

I visited the doctor days 2014 6 days at this very pleasant hotel.
Very well run room, very clean, super small refrigerator, where you can accommodate even your own.
The location is excellent ideal, the breakfast, the operations very courteous and well versed.
Cook a super scrambled eggs!
However, the Allertollste is the indoor pool — right temperature, fluffy towels and a stick in a secluded small sun terrace on the roof.
Highly recommended.

Is really the top grade Hotels: indeed it is the only hotel that in addition to the hotel also offers boat trips into the Lagoon (means. ), and last but not least, you can close the evening with a fantastic local grilled fish, on an island also owned the hotel (here you can possibly spend the night in an authentic "casone" restored).
