On the 25th of August I and George we got married… our first vacation together was to the fantastic hotel Metropole… and our start of wedding trip l we have done at the hotel Metropole… this suffice to say we were well and as much as we are good by you… quoteoftheday… the next year, x l anniversary…

Fantastic… these are years that as soon as possible my wife and I go there.

Fantastic hotel, great food, clean and welcoming environments, very friendly staff, smiling and always helpful.

Good hotel, responding stars. Courteous and solicitous room staff. Good service. Small steps would be enough to improve it further. Rooms a little small. Great terraces. Good exposure. I do not understand the response of the owner who responds by saying that despite good judgment I declare my stay disappointing. Maybe he didn't mean well also because I assigned three stars.

Very good hotel… the difference is the hospitality, quality, perfect service and above all the respect and education towards the customers.

The Hotel as the restaurant looks clean and well looked after, the attendants are professional and friendly. The bedrooms are clean slightly small, the bathroom can show up small with a standard quality but they are clean. Restaurant dishes can improve but satisfying. There are no problem car places and very nice pool. Rating 4 out of 5 I found myself very well this is what matters then with the sea a back walk all you ease.

Good morning, every year I spend a week of vacation in Romagna, this year we stayed in Rimini at the Metropole hotel, and from the beginning I had problems, I booked a Royal room logically with a surcharge and sincerely we expected a nice room, instead the total insuitor.
We found trouble in the bathroom, the shower box all peeled, the exhaust grill featured a mold, the sink broken, the bathroom axle with yellowish stains, not really clean towels.
The closet had the bottom smashed, the seemingly clean chair was full of hair.
I went to the recepition to ask if it was a mockery, if for them that was a Royal room, and the clerk at the recepition proposed a change of room, I saw the proposed room and found that the bathrooms were all worth it. So I refused the change.
Be careful, if you are not present at 12:30 or 19:30 forget the buffet, it is brushed off in 5 minutes so if you are late you will not find anything.
When it was the time of the account I asked if I was credited with the amount of the Royal room (10 euros day for 8 days) the owner gave me 13 euros off, I refused saying that I did not need alms but an uncollected right.

There is not so much choice of food, it is not suitable for children, pool not clean, but amleno for me does not cost so much.

We're at the hotel Metropole for several years and we are always happy to come back! It is a budget Hotel, calm, and the staff is always smiling and at your service! The meals are quite to our taste and I fall in love with their buffet of starters! See you soon (we come back to probably early September)

Stay for the second year; (2017) to say perfect! Gaspar, Michael, Bessi, the best waiters, so that they can be with their excellent service, their friendliness, warmth and culture study, the same thing goes for Roberto, but as a bartender. Rooms always clean and comfortable, the women of the cleaning always gentilì and give you every day one more smile. The speaks English without any problem Claudia and Monica always smiling and available to any need. Mark, the lifeguard … pool was cool, and nice of all the hotels in a few words the best. Francesca excellent entertainer. Even the goalkeeper Francesco always available and smiling. We also thank this year all of the staff, Ilaria and all her family for having welcomed is treated as if we were in the family you have given me two weeks of relaxation and smiles… we will miss you. See you next year

I and my family have stayed there from 24.07.2016 to 07.08.2016 at this beautiful hotel. Definitely we would go back and recommend it to all those who want to spend wonderful holidays. Fantastic speaks English without any problem, always with a smile, are ready and available to any need. Very good also the swimming pool, where you can find The lifeguard Marco, who in addition to his sympathy was always careful that everything is in order.

Hotel comfortable and situated in a good location.

I stayed here one night with friends, hotel located in Viale Regina Elena, convenient for touring Rimini in both winter and summer (is situated on the waterfront and has a parallel parking).
The hotel offers basic amenities, the property is not new although presumably this hotel was refurbished recently. The room was average, enough room but not huge. The bathroom clean and even that average. Only note is that the décor of the room denotes years & was accommodated in an approximate way and that the room is not soundproof alas!. I mean in compressed between cost and benefit is ok, but you can find much better. Hotel was clean and convenient for those who want to turn Rimini, enough.

The hotel is located facing the sea and also gives direct access to the stores.
Hotel clean and aesthetically not bad.
Reasonably friendly staff. Acceptable meals, buffets of salads and other entry pasta or soup, meal main meat or fish unfortunately always served with potatoes.
To conclude, this hotel is recommendable.
