Amazing experience, all the staff were extremely nice. The hotel is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Rimini and our impeccable suite with a sea view tub. The very large Spa complete with everything, well cared for with spectacular panoramic views. I also have to pay a compliment to the masseuse who gave me an hour of super pleasant relaxation. The cuisine and breakfasts are divine in everything we ordered. Definitely.

I had the pleasure of spending a night in this Hotel with my partner. We had a GREAT time. We were impressed by the welcome and professionalism that blend excellently in a pleasant, genuine and warm climate. Privacy, attention to the person, kindness and maximum availability. The outdoor pool is a delightful cure-all, along with the spa filled with relaxing and regenerating whirlpool jets. A very comfortable relaxation corner. The suites are beautiful, well-kept, of pure elegance, in which the modern style has nothing aseptic or cold but on the contrary matches with extremely warm materials, colors and lights. The food is of a surprising level. What can I say? To try, then go back and go back again. Good.

I spent a night with my partner for her birthday.
All in line with the cost and what is advertised, indeed you only realize the quality of the service and the structure once you arrive at the hotel.
Super room with every comfort, in addition to the suite we took advantage of the lovers package: welcome aperitif, circular tub with fragrant salts, access fireplace and petals scattered on the floor / bed, what about Super.
Plus gem were our names on the entrance to the room!
Excellent and abundant breakfast in the room, clearly first quality products, not the usual pre-packaged things that you find in common hotels.
At check-in the reception asked me if we were celebrating any anniversary in particular, on returning from the Spa we found a little thought on the bed with a greeting card. (very welcome)

Best hotel in recent times!

I can only review the spa as I was not a guest of the hotel or the restaurant (yet). Nice spa with great view on the coast. They usually don’t let too many people in at the same time so it’s not too crowded. The external pool is open also in spring and autumn (not sure about winter) but could be too cold to use. The internal ones make up for it. In the relax area you can have tea, cookies and fruit. I tried the hot stone massage and it was good. The prices are ok if you consider that entrance to the spa is included in the price of the massage.

I-SUITE? ehhhhhhh… Lots of stuff. Ahhhahh! 2 Experience and we confirm our great Satisfaction. The staff is very helpful On this occasion we stayed in a different suite from the first we had liked most on the 3 floor with beautiful sea view bathroom with shower, a body product kit and very nice Slippers. King size double bed TV (front bed and ceiling above the bed) and Today's Ultra fireplace… uhaaaaaaaaaaoooo! The 2 room instead had the pool facing the sea but the rest of the bathroom convinced us less… We are still studying the taps to regulate the water and the remote control of the television… But poiiii… during the night (at 3 o'clock in the Morning) we were in the heated outdoor pool and with chromotherapy even tuned in with the lights of the hotel! The spa overlooking the sea with breathtaking views we loved it even if small… emotional showers are poorly cared for in aesthetics and relatively functional. The location and the breakfast Nice and rich breakfast, maybe we would prefer more artisan cakes, especially the pre-cooked croissants. In short, a confirmation as a whole. We can't wait to come back to choose the suite with circular jacuzzi in the room! Wait for iiiii!

Afternoon spent at the spa with a gift certificate is definitely the best spa I have tried we were greeted with kindness by the staff, we were given slippers, bathrobe, card and locker key, then arrived at the spa we were given the towels we have immediately Tried the panoramic whirlpool, comfortable and with a great view then we got off in the heated outdoor pool where we sunbathed on the padded mattresses and got the bath, hot water, a Paradise. We also tried the outdoor whirlpool, whose water was almost too hot.
We refreshed then with a cocktail of the bar on the ground floor, Delicious.
Back at the spa, we took advantage of the relaxation room with a rich buffet: ginger water, ayurvedic teas, Fresh fruit to peel and cut into small pieces, biscuits, candies, Sesame crispy, yogurt, Nothing was missing.

Wonderful reception! The Hotel has a trained and qualified staff who in an instant can make you feel at home. You can breathe a rilssata and pleasant atmosphere especially in the SPA which, besides having a wonderful sea view, has various relaxation areas such as saunas, whirlpool pools, showers, sunbeds with a rich buffet at your fingertips, and much more.
Not to mention the strong piece: our "Luxury Suite" room with sea view bathtub… an experience that you should all try as well as the restaurant I-Fame! It is in fact possible to order tasty and ' elegant ' dishes that are accompanied by other courses offered by the chef. The I-Staff is always available in addition to being well prepared, in fact every dish is served along with a detailed explanation.

Beautiful in everything and for everything! The spa with sea views, a heated outdoor pool that you seem to be in another world, the suites with jacuzzi and fireplace where you can live, and the staff were fantastic and the location and availability unique in the world! Perfect Hotel and if in Rimini there is no sun you enjoy the SPA on the 6 * floor. After This short stay they made two more clients. Great relax without any problem. Maybe the staff at this hotel is the best I have ever seen (and travel, thank goodness, I made enough of it)

We had a good stay. Acceptable prices for what they offer. Nice people, good english usually.

I have used only the spa. 30€ are not few for a weekday afternoon, however, the environment is large and (apparently) clean. At the end of November, the outdoor pool (heated) is a bit chilly, but the small pans adjacent the hot help not a little. Breakfast Buffet and rich and from other parts, with herbal teas, fruit, cookies, and candy. Unfortunately some of the showers are ruined, and the nozzles do not spray well, not to mention the water blade on the neck, that cries for mercy would be a maintenance done with care!

I have to say that I went to the SPA and swimming POOL. Really top, quality high. Kind and available. Personally however I do not like the decor: ok, that should look similar to the sea, the waves, the fluidity… But according to me it is exaggerated. Some of the spaces seem a little tight. Modern? Yes. But aesthetically I am not crazy for nothing.

Super nice hotel. Top service. Were here for a week. Room super clean. Beach top. Super view at rooms with sea views. Really big room with great bathroom. Needed hygiene products are replenished daily, towels are exchanged several times a day. It was called in the evening whether another room cleaning is still required. Pool with great views on the top floor. Various sauna/steam bath in the price. Fitness area small. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet and menu. Always all fresh. Many organic products. Nothing was missing. Cordoned off parking garage under the hotel free of charge. Entrance tight. Staff, however, park on request. Pool can be used 24 hours a day. Private lift to the pool, which can then be reached directly from the lift. You swim into the pool from the lift. Reals great. Bar operation also by the pool. We have not lacked anything. Baggage is retrieved from the car and carried into the room. You get a welcome drink until the luggage is in the room. We will certainly be back. Thanks to the staff from the i-Suite Hotel for the great stay.

The Hotel has its best days already no longer a 5 star Hotel. The room not clean cleaned, the bed cover with stains, the curtain is dirty and worn. Shower completely calcified on the edges not clean cleaned. All are relatively worn. Breakfast ok but poor or no Service if you would like to order something from the card. And be sure to invoice, check the payment! In addition, only a German TV channel (ZDF) on pixelated devices. No recommendation and never well worth a visit!

I made use of the hotel spa on a weekday afternoon. Brilliant service, very nice and very quiet, very well-trained staff proposed route, clean and always well stocked, relaxation area well thought out to purpose. A request: it would be nice to have some salt scrub while bathing round. A flaw: I had sent an email x get information a week ago but no reply (I also checked the spam folder but nothing).

Easy to find and situated in a very convenient location! The hotel very nice and cared particularly modern. Bright and clean as the room. The spa is small but comfortable and nice view. The heated outdoor pool is supervised and well kept … Nice idea for an aperitif in the pool. The staff is friendly and very attentive to pamper you and care for you. Excellent restaurant dishes beautiful and just as good.
