The owners are loving and comfortable with the customer. It was a pleasure to the morning chat with the lady Roberta. Breakfast is both sweet and savory. Cleaning of the room, optimal, furniture essential, the presence of mini-bar, towels and bathroom linen changed every day. Will be back for sure.

Family environment, structure clean, breakfast was very good-plentiful and till late in the morning, staff were helpful and friendly. Go there perntirete!

First time and I was very helpful and nice staff, you see that there san do with people, excellent breakfast various food choices, only flaw in the annex the shower box too small to move, did not close completely for the rest probably I'll be back in the future.

Upon arrival, a welcome typical of romagna, where the managers welcome you with kindness and prepared x you park the car and luggage. The rooms were clean and tidy and equipped with air conditioning and a balcony in our case. Being the only bed and breakfast the breakfast is rich with all good things, from sweet to savoury, from juice to coffee/cappuccino. Another point in favour are the prices of the appetizers before going to dinner x Rimini. Thank you x the hospitality and care towards us. Thanks.

A nice, clean villa with small rooms. Breakfast is very good, friendly staff, very nice people. The bathroom is however very small, with the shower in the only free room available via curtain. If that does not bother you, it's the perfect place to stay, cheap prices, perfect location, 50m to the beach.

The owners and staff are gorgeous. Breakfast great and very filling. The hotel is in a central spot so you can leave the car and take a walking tour.

Central and strategic Location close to the Sea and center of Rimini, at the fair by bus 10, near the train station.

Suitable for vacationers looking for a place to sleep and lug around their pet. Good reception.

This is one of my favorite places in the world! My family has been traveling from the US to Rimini since 1968 to relax at Villa Merope, mere blocks from the beach, and must have been back 15 times now! The rooms are spotless, the meals they feed you 3x's a day are unforgettable,
and the friendly people who work here are the best! We love it!

Close to the sea and the arc of Augusto to the starting line of the Marathon. Staff friendly and family atmosphere.

The kindness and helpfulness of the owners makes the trip even more enjoyable and relaxing, smile and kindness of the staff is unquestioned, the Convention with the bathroom near contains the spending and the quiet, but central location. Always will return! Thank you!
