The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. The. Breakfasts are curated and for everyone tastes. Of the Spa we only tried the very relaxing massage. Try to believe.

This hotel is very cosy and family friendly. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Family driven hotel and not so many rooms. Personal and the staff was very nice and helpful. We would very much like to visit Rimini and hotel Sovrana again.

La Spa è piccolina ma tutto sommato gradevole. Purtroppo gli spogliatoi sono solo 2 e quindi all'uscita bisogna fare tutto in fretta e furia perché bisogna lasciare spazio a chi deve entrare. Non proprio il massimo dopo 2 ore di relax.

Only went to the spa. Good service, but did not know much English, other then that I am very please with my experience. Ok, prices.

The lady wasn’t accommodating it all, asked her for larger room and she said, the hotel is booked. On Monday! the single room are very small. They just show you pretty photos, but i’m showing you what I am getting in a single room. I’m a world traveler.

Great hotel, very good location. The room was spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Claudia for her French and her advice, as well as for her welcome and smile as well as to Ledja for her warm and smiling welcome. Breakfast was very good. The ideal SPA to rest. Recommend it without hesitation!

At the reception I was welcomed by a very kind, friendly and competent person. Very careful in the details the room, quiet and with a nice balcony. Nice idea of the wall with the image. I recommend it.

Recently renovated hotel. Not huge rooms but you move smoothly, the bathroom is finally not the usual hole and also the shower is usable without having to do maneuvers to get in and out. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Good breakfast Mark the presence of a bar and a small outdoor space. Parking possibility in a garage for a fee. The whole property is spotless. To mention the extreme availability and courtesy of all the staff always ready to listen and to solve your needs deserve 6 stars.

We used the package of Regalbox 3 GG Wellness. X 2 People, we added our daughter. Basic triple room Very nice, clean, friendly staff. The only flaw was the package and their agreements with hotels, 3 days of wellness give the option of only one entry in the SPA area small or a massage x only one person of 50 minutes or 30 minutes x 2 people and that was what we did. The masseuse were very good. Also the hotel gave us a discount for Mirabilandia.
We will definitely return.

Friendly Staff polite and helpful but the spa is small… According to my point of view there should not be more than 6 customers x time… to manage every 2 hours x make sure you do not have to wait for the turn! Overall nice, clean, accessible to anyone! Thank you.

Spa very nice, clean, organized and always followed by operator.
It was me and my lady and we did after the spa, the couple massage from 50 minutes.
We have tried many massages, but I must say that the two masseurs of this hotel have an extra gear, in fact particular praise goes to them, both to him and to her.

Favoloso! Stanze curate e silenziose, staff simpatico, alla mano e iper-disponibile, la spa è una favola, vicino al mare e al centro. Ormai una piacevole abitudine quando veniamo a Rimini.

I recommend it. Booked via booking because it accepts dogs, we arrived at the Ceck in and confirmed the room for 2 people at 37, 00 Euro must be added the dog 15, 00 euros… oh though! Alright we accept… We are asked if we stop for breakfast… ok… rather than wandering around looking for a bakery we accept… 8, 00 Euro per head (not even at St. Mark's Square in Venice). We go back in the evening under pouring rain, there is no parking in the radius of 500MT within reception and ask where I can leave the car and… for 7, 00 Euro C and the garage. :-) :-) (I think to myself if he had accepted a line of kicks in the ass for free! ) Parking in front of a closed hotel hoping that in the morning no one had opened the gate… 400mt away… in the morning we get up we enter with the dog in the room… and we are told that we could not stay but we had to change room with the dog… threatening that we would go away without the breakfast we were left in the room (we tease?!?! ) Report… from 37, 00di booking… to 73, 00 paid! Think about it… Hallucinating… then complain that people in Rimini Cala… :-) :-) Congratulations for the answer… There was no need to greet with a "never again" because it goes from if we would not return to us or those who for us… About the bad language… If he could save him… I've been insulted.

Very clean hotel nice rooms. Too bad that I booked at a price, arrived and was an addition of cost to everything… the dog 15, 00 euros more, breakfast 8, 00 euros per person, (hallucinating! ) We arrived in the evening which was raining, there was no parking we asked where we could park. For answer… we can give you the garage for 7, 00euro… to avoid absolutely! Total expenditure… from 37 euros booked on booking we arrived at the beauty of 73 euros.

This time our stay did not meet our expectations. Room not clean well, bed with old mattresses and uncomfortable. One of the two pillows did not smell good. Only breakfast was very varied and satisfying.

I stayed here in the Christmas period (out of period) with affordable expenses and good friendliness from the employees, the hotel offers a spa with all the facilities attached, very nice with the possibility of overnight for single use. Very well maintained Hotel with great food and very helpful staff.
I happened to get a room with a hot tub, unfortunately not working, but after talking to the employee at the front desk they removed the expense subsidy.
Deserves to be visited.

Great experience, booked a suite with Jacuzzi at a great price. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and total relaxation thanks to the whirlpool bubbles. Breakfast is plentiful with cakes, salted products and on request also something gluten-free. In the hotel there is also the Spa of which unfortunately I have not benefited.

I went only to the spa area, absolutely among the best I have visited. Cozy, intimate and clean. A marvel of relaxation and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff.

Really a very nice 4 star! Good in everything from the beautiful that welcomes you with smile in the lobby, good TV in the room with integration of the main foreign television networks. Spacious room Max comfort for the category.

We had a great time. Very nice and friendly staff A few steps from the sea and with a delicious sweet and savory breakfast. The only small flaw is that to go to the spa you must necessarily pass in front of the reception and consequently at the entrance, but we will return relax insured:-) :-)

Super nice service, checked in early and my room was not available yet so got a free upgrade! Had to pay for a lot of services (Beach spot, beach towels and such). Very common in Rimini though so was good. Superb breakfast!

SPA tested in pairs in April 2017.
The spa is nice but small.
The staff is cold.
Tax on time so that a clerk 15 minutes before the end comes and invites you to leave.
Changing rooms as big as a bathroom and no shower.
If you want to wash the shower is unique for everyone, in front of the sauna and open.

Was here as a daily SPA guest. Very nice place and services. Too bad that maybe too many people were grouped inside the same two hour round, making the place a bit crowded. Relaxing and pleasing experience anyway.

Great place close to the nightlife but quiet …

There was given a coupon for the spa … cozy and intimate, welcoming and helpful staff. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

To avoid the classic rooms, shower tiny my room had the broken shower head, bathroom cleanliness that left wanting, the term air conditioning exists doesn't mean up and running … The same price there are better hotels.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
I acknowledge the fact that we spent the right but have a room that in two you stomp your feet by how small it seems excessive not to mention the fact that the hot tub is disassembled just looking at it, the flange studs that come off making me out all the dirt underneath and drain stopper knob broke just touched and to go down the water you had to raise the CAP to strength of nails. To round off the cleaners available for shower and empty hand strictly and the hair dryer with cool air and dirty as few, the hose completely yellowed and inside the filler neck the dirt that soon dripped.
When you check out putting to staff problems clearly with proper manners and their response was the most absolute indifference as if everything was normal.

We spent an afternoon in their SPA which in my opinion is not quite live up to a 4 star hotel: small spaces where there is a sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, waterfall, two showers (which they didn't have anything emotional), relaxation room with 4 beds and "path". The girl who made us sympathetic and professional massages.

The "spa" is not included in the room rate and you have to book it, sharing it with other eight people for up to two hours. Or settle in the room that is the private spa bath in the bathroom, included with your purchase. Junior suite with mini bar, where you can take what you want. Only two small bottles of water and a coke and garage included. Bartender/janitor. Breakfast in short. For the rest we alright.

I bought a coupon with spa and a night … awesome, beautiful room and convenient location, very relaxing spa and qualified personnel and friendly … breakfast with quality food.

Absolutely poor! The spa is a closet! We were greeted (as well as other customers) with a total absence of manners and friendliness! We, like other customers on the same day, even yell at us for having requested some info of the hotel! In one day we found the same complaints from well 6 couples that is the following: customer massage topless women remained in the closet of massages with beautician Sun (at least it was female) being deprived of wear a bra or other collateral, non-existent staff and those few times was unprepared and immoral, lack of professionalism, reliability and friendliness, literally driven from both bedrooms property that the "closet" which they call "spa", in fact all we found ourselves without showered after two hours in this "stanzino" which they call "spa". Totally discouraged.

"Sin not have returned"
We stayed in Rimini this weekend and to make company with some friends we decided to stay at a different hotel than the Sovereign where we stayed last time.
Apparently the hotel was offering the same comfort with one more Star ' and cost more, SPA included. Unfortunately we had to encounter that professionalism and familiarity of the Sovereign do not buy with the stars and especially elegant and dry environment created by the owners and local flavor sets this hotel recently renovated with taste and modernity.
We will definitely be back again next summer, season that brings out its advantages and does not become commercial as others. Until next time.
