Nice Service, but to small rooms.

From 4 stars budget, in places leave wallpapers, numbers of average size, a sofa to two beds, a view on the neighboring building, at the best case on street. Quiet location, 15 minutes to the station, 13 to Lungomara stop. The Four-star hotel got apparently behind the pool, but that works since June and does not cause a desire to bathe.

Refined décor, spacious rooms with ample wardrobe and bathroom with large shower, all new. Very friendly staff and very professional. To review the exterior. However positive experience, good quality/price ratio.

The hotel is very old and renovated and the furniture is old. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small. The fourth is not pulling at all. Friendly staff and good cleaning. Free private parking.

I only attended the hotel to sleep since on business trip but it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast and professional and competent staff. Council. Also the price is great.

Reception was mediocre instead of the guests at the hotel still offer something to the waiting time until one can get his room… they were sent away again to 4pcs. To be able to check in later. Room OK partly refurbished even with the new bathroom, the artisans apparently didn't really want to. For a longer stay, the beds are not exactly suitable you could already help with other mattresses. The breakfast well is of every thing there depending on what you would like sausages and bacon if you can call it freshly prepared looks different… sausage and Cheese platter looks new done. Cake varieties also. The furniture in the entrance area should have been swapped out pretty much in the years and sat by. From the beautiful pool as in the pictures with which the hotel is priced, EHR frogs and other nature lovers would feel good. If you have guests in the house you could also take care of the entrance terrace times pretty unkempt. After booked a week we left again after 2 days which also did not justify the reasonable price. We were there the first and last time. 4stars Hotel is certainly not like watching on the hotel sign.

Its a hardly **** hotel. But nice staff.

Very comfortable at very affordable prices, especially in the winter. Clean, the rooms appear to have been renewed very recently, some are even too big for casual guests. The staff is kind and quick. I would give 5 stars if only the breakfast was a little more complete for the taste of international travelers, Italian people will be not disappointed in any way though.

The hotel is cheap and so are the rooms but still I enjoyed my stay because I had good friends with me all in all it was super.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel.
The property is in a convenient location, where you can move easily and find everything you need (bars, restaurants, tobaccos, etc. ).
The building inside is visibly dated (from furniture to carpets, wallpapers, etc. ) But despite this cute and cozy to stay during your holiday.
The rooms of medium size, have TV, heating, mini bar, a small "balcony" and bathroom (also in the standard).
When it comes to hygiene and cleanliness I would say everything perfect:)

It is not 4 star, although it seems under renovation, the style is very 80-90 years old. Wide choice in the breakfast buffet, with food also suitable for celiacs.

When booking a room without carpet for personal allergy problems, I was given a refurbished room. The new and right-sized bathroom is stocked with the various optional. All the rooms are clean. Varied choice of sweet and savory breakfast, with the convenience of being able to make F I no at 12. Great location and free parking.

Bad, I can't figure out how it can have 4 stars. It is not enough a bar fridge and the electronic card to get into the room to make a difference towards 1 or 2 star hotels. Structure dated bathrooms and rooms to renovate.

4 stars Comets, dwarfish, death. Rooms dated, rabberciate, Carpet dirty and full of dust. Dirty chairs with torn upholstery. Ditto the couch, the bedspread if he could talk who knows what he would say. Little balcony with fake grass. Bathroom awkward, toilet broken, shower stall ready to fall, no support floor. Stuffy heat in the room, cabinets with broken handles, thin walls, noisy. L. Superb location close the the unbeatable beach, promenade and main Street. Breakfast is excellent. Only — ve is that rooms are small, so depends on your time spent in room. Suited us well.

Business trip. The bathroom in my room l only had when I was a student. Uncomfortable and a shower tub with towel. Inproponibile for a 4-star hotel. With flap window with a spastic image. Toilet seat that I called the guillotine. Careful.
A moquet now to be abolished.
I then did not love the rose and I felt like I was staying in a dollhouse and my room was suitable for colors to a little girl.
As far as I'm concerned even the breakfast is not that great.

Clean, very friendly staff, free parking and free bycicles (when available — 4 bikes). Very well located next to the seaside and in a very alive area of Rimini marina. Good quality at a good price!

Average rooms, great location in the Centre of rimini and close to the sea.
We eat fairly well.

Breakfasts from King, perfect service, small but functional rooms, free Wi-Fi, close to the sea, relaxed atmosphere.

But it is more than just inside …

This is not a good four star hotel. The quality of it is more what I would expect from a three star hotel. The bathroom (water? ) reeks of chlorine. The walls are thin, I woke up from the Italian woman in the room next to ours phoning her family. Breakfast is just pastery, although OK. Guys at front desk are polite and helpful. Tom is sub-four star standard.
