The location is great, located just a few meters from the waterfront and convenient to the beach. The exterior appearance of the hotel and the décor make for a great impression of cleanliness and good taste of the modern style. Much appreciated and sought care and dedication towards the four-legged friends in which the Hotel dedicates all the attention of the case.
Possessing a smartbox value of 59, €90, me and my partner, we decided to book in this structure from the photos very inviting and well taken care of in sponsoring your hotel service. Which is why, despite the numerous facilities in the catalogue, our choice falls on this Hotel. Unfortunately, and I repeat unfortunately, just checking in at the reception we are given a room in which the elevator does not arrive. You have to make a flight of stairs and get to the fifth floor. Going up in the upper floors we notice the modernity of the structure and the care of the details, but arrived on the fifth floor seems to be in another place. Entrance door with "old-fashioned" battered lock, small and dark room, bathroom with single light point above the washbasin with a recessed spotlight, hot water not working, balcony/window poor condition with worn curtains, in short it looked like a suburban motel Poorly figured. Upset and disappointed by the room assigned we tried to remedy asking for another room, maybe in the "normal" or from the first to the fourth, but now the availability was limited and was available only one triple from the additional cost of €35. In conclusion, booking with a Smartbox package does not mean being a B-series customer, also because the Smartbox is still paid for and offers a service for that price. In addition to poor management of bookings and package assignments, it is not conceivable that such rooms are intended for clients that are advertised at a different hotel. The attribution of the Stars by the competent organs (municipality, region, etc. ) is carried out on most of the structure but I bet that those rooms in the inspection were used in stock and/or various deposits because otherwise it is not explained the Overall rating. I recommend the Hotel for its beauty and comfort but I warn the owners of smartbox packages that there is a high risk of "provision" compared to paying customers.
