I stayed at the Fabrizio hotel for about a week with my family and I have few words to describe it, the best one is probably: perfection.
Fantastic services, staff, food and entertainment.
A special hug to the animators Andrea, Daniele and Arianna, really good and always ready to solve the problems that are frequent with children.
We will definitely be back next few years!

Spacious room, very clean, great courteous staff and the Highlight is the large Pool with a great water slide!

Clean hotel, quality food and plenty. Perfect holiday for adults and children, kind, helpful and non-intrusive entertainers who engage the time of the little ones, courteous owners, compliments to all the kitchen and room staff, you eat really well, to the pool attendants who control children who play especially with waterslide. Thank you all.

A modest hotel, typical of Rimini. Every room is furnished with a style and a theme, I happened in that 50 years, very pretty! My double room was a bit small as well as the bathroom. Affordable price. In the summer period it is a typical family holiday hotel with many tourists also foreign, swimming pool and entertainment.

Great hotel suitable for children especially for the pool and slide.
Theme rooms are quite spacious and well-cleaned.
Breakfast is great with good produce and a great cappuccino, same speech for lunch and dinner served buffet with great products.
A little far from the beach and the shuttle service covers only a part of the road to reach the sea.
The pool is well maintained and ideal for little girls who like to use the water slide
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Family-sized hotel where you feel pampered. Themed rooms to the delight of the little ones (we were in the Peppa Pig room) and restaurant to lick their mustache. We loved the idea of pointing out the typical products of Romagna with signs explaining the characteristics and reporting of products at km0. Animation not intrusive and very professional. 100% recommended.

Ideal for families with young children for the services offered. My children didn't want to leave.
Discreet and valid entertainment, always open pool, availability of children's equipment, playground and children's spaces cared for, clean environments, friendly staff.
To be improved:
The shuttle to the beach unhelpful because it does not bring close to the beach, it is better to walk.
The connecting bedrooms, which are very detailed, are all doorless and do not guarantee privacy to parents especially when their children are older.
Bicycles are unsafe and should also be guaranteed to children who no longer go in the car seat.

Wonderful place we have spent 6 beautiful days… breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet very plentiful and delicious… the water and wine to the thorn without limits… pool of different heights with a slide… rooms with many comforts in the attic, with loft and normal, with fridge and tv, balcony with drying rack, free bike… guys that make the animation very good… great staff and the sig. Fabrizio was ready x satisfy all of the customers in their requests… us the next year will definitely be back… congratulations!

Kids loved it! The slide, attention and the evening shows! Clown Caramello show was totally awesome. Traditionally for Rimini the rooms are on the smaller side due to lack of land, but interiors are well maintained. The owners are always there and doing great job keeping it up. Breakrast and dinner had great choice, including plain yoghurt dispenser and even soft serve ice cream. 6 min walk to the beach, and 5 min to a mid size grocery coop in opposite direction. Dedicated parking was possible for 4€ / night or street parking is free. Lunch / dinner buffet were 15€ adilts and 10€ kids. Staff are nice, energetic and attentive.

Perfect holiday! Clean and neat structure in the details, great food and rich. Friendly and helpful staff. Super animation! Not right on the sea… But the staff available with the electric car. For the happiness of my girls! What about… To be repeated surely!

We chose this hotel in order to spend a different holiday at our 3 years old child… and also to us. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised of the welcome I received. Fabrizio is a manager very good, gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is fantastic and of excellent quality. And what to say about the animation. The talented Giorgia and the likeable Henry have been spectacular! It was all perfect. We will definitely be back!

I did a real last minute, booking by telephone Wednesday and opting for 3 days at this Hotel and I didn't have any surprises. Indeed! And say that I chose the cheapest room. Who knows the others!
If you're in Rimini family with children and want it all but without being in the main square, this is the right hotel. In quiet but a 10-minute walk from the Centre. It is really good and what you eat, the better to walk a bit!
Courtesy, cleanliness, friendliness and lots and lots of good food! For lunch and dinner, you will never be disappointed, there is never a shortage of meat and fish and even some great cakes. And if you want something simple for children (which can have lunch in the area dedicated to them with a children's entertainer) just ask. Friendly staff, nice pool with a fun slide. And a very nice lifeguard romagnolo always ready to smile with the little ones!
