A wonderful place, very clean, I was assigned a room with a balcony sea view without any extra charge. I was allowed an early check in at 11.00 am. Drink at 18 in the pool offered of the Hotel. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff. What to say! The TOP of the TOP.

A family-run hotel with a very warm atmosphere. Very clean and beautiful rooms that are cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel at home. I highly recommend Villa Augustea!

Recommend absolutely everything! The room was spacious, very comfortable and always scented, breakfast, and so the buffet is served in the splendid swimming pool, staff always available, friendly and smiling. Congratulations!

Beautiful: is a superior 3 star hotel but it should be a 4. The hotel has undergone a superb renovation which has made it modern and efficient. Beautiful rooms (I was in a family sea view), parking and convenient central location, excellent services, both for breakfast and for room cleaning and reception. The swimming pool is without doubt one of the most beautiful and extensive among those of the Viale Regina Elena. A tip: better to book on their site for access to some facilities (eg sea view for free). Great stay, will surely return next year!

The hotel is situated on the first line, with good Breakfast and evening snacks by the pool. The hotel corresponds to 3*. Friendly staff.

New place very nice, clean and cared for! Staff prepared and pool gorgeous! In addition to the excellent breakfast, the aperitif in the pool is super. All prepared by the chef! Great willingness to let us use the pool even after leaving the room.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Arrived very late and tired after a delayed flight but right from the start the staff were helpful and kind with us greated by clean, modern and comfortable rooms with an amazing ocean view. Very pleasant breakfast and buffet in the evening by the quiet pool. Honestly one of the most pleasant hotels we've stayed in with staff the owners can be proud of!

We loved it, there is parking, breakfast and even a snack in the evening, the beach is visible from the window of the room, in the rooms are light, clean, cozy, the staff polite and helpful, across the street a lot of shop with food and souvenirs, as well as cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Great Hotel, friendly and professional staff, breakfast with fresh and quality products. The hotel has a swimming pool and is a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-soundproofed. The prices of the rooms are good. Recommended for a stay in Rimini.

We happened in July, the structure has recently been modernized, with excellent improvements also for the interior of the rooms. The staff were polite and accommodating to the requests. Comfortable and pleasant the back pool that overlooks a few steps from the sea, flanked by a small kiosk of the hotel where the aperitif is offered. Only drawback, but I think typical of the particular area, is the Pracheggio: small and paid. If I were to summarize I think I will return.

Modern and spotless environment. Stayed in July 2017 with 4 children, efficient staff friendly structure and present in Nice renovated recently. Recommended.

Really great place. Fair prices for the service offered. Sea view, back pool with aperitif every night (gratissss), restaurant, friendly staff and rooms although small very comfortable. Beautiful showers! Ah also a great breakfast. A Stone's throw from the sea and the stalls. Also great for families by the pool.

Small Hotel but with nice rooms and very comfortable. Everything Super New. Great breakfast. Young staff, prepared and helpful. The only flaw, the music of the Movida that night does not let sleep.

The whole hotel, rooms and swimming pool are perfectly clean, fresh and newely modernized. The stuff is professional, nice, smiled and helpful! The breakfasts are very good, fresh and tasty. The evening snack bar next to the swimming pool is delicious.
Moreover, the localistation is very comfortable: the citycenter is quite near and the beach is extremaly near — it is 50 meters to the sea.
I honestly recommend this place.

Completely renovated is beautiful. Alessandro did a wonderful job! Spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and "patient"… lively but quiet at the same time. Breakfast huge until 12 noon (I think it's the only one) well maintained pool. At 50 MT beaches. Bars, restaurants and bars… Great value for money… if we come back there will be a why. … right? Hotel very clean, in the room we found a set d welcome to too cute in the pink night:-). Staff are friendly and smiling (when I was making my breakfast I noticed the owner who was helping the waiters in the dining room and this really brings honor to the structure, an exceptional staff) are confident that with the right changes to the structure you can reach a few more star… breakfast fresh and plentiful (according to me, you could add the labels beside the oven, with the name of the products, and why not as well the ingredients) … great location easy to reach any destination… swimming pool quite cured a small oasis. Definitely I will return willingly… thanks good work guys congratulations x all.

I am 10 years old I go in this hotel, in may or June.
the owners, father and son, are lovely people, the staff is precise, punctual and efficient, I confirm and agree the review by silvia and Luke. I always reserve a room on the terrace, facing the sea, great view and away from the noise of the Boardwalk.
I recommend everyone to try it (not smash speakers over my favorite room! ).

We stayed from 6 to June 13, 2010,
The Hotel is in a great location with a nice pool facing the sea, considerable detail because it is exposed to the Sun all day.
Rooms are large and clean, but some showers are small.
Our room was facing the sea with a nice balcony.
As for the restaurant, for breakfast they have a buffet "sweet/salty", while for lunch and dinner there are buffets but I assure you that there will rise ever hungry, with a rich and varied menu, but especially yummy.
Last year we were in a hotel four stars but the food wasn't nearly as good as the one at the Augustan hotel.
Cleaning, organization and kitchen are the highlight of this hotel — ideal for families with children.

Augustea. Hello! I friend and I were vacationing week in Rimini, in this hotel. The hotel is not fancy but decent-room was bit small but clean and cosy. In our room was everything you need: TV, air conditioning, telephone, Hairdryer. Daily cleaned, we always came back in the clean room, it was nice, we had even a very nice little balcony with access to the busy street. Staff — just gorgeous, young, energetic and cute:) waiters staff all friendly. Show tell you to go to if You need. The food was sooo cool. We absolutely got up at 8 am, in any condition along with a friend for Breakfast and at 19.30 dinner — these events cannot be was no way to skip it was Holy. Every evening you can choose what you will eat the next day. Met in the hotel with Russian tourists, in principle we went for a beautiful tan and impressions, but on tours not thought — out in vain! Our new friends dragged us to some private trader Alexander, we first брыкались, (having heard a lot about how «nice» to ride in these dusty and stuffy buses) but as soon as we saw микрик we realized how wrong). Thank you boys-Denis and Yura! (this is our Russian tourists, I hope we're with them and in Moscow will meet again) Italy is a very impressive, I didn't even think as the beauty and splendor I had not yet seen. Denis and Yura ordered guide, who talked incessantly almost all the way.
