Review of Hotel Walter 3*

Back today from the year of the day, I went to the festival of the smooth, I state that I booked the room at the hotel Walter in July, for 3 days, and I gave confirmation, to remember my arrival, 7 days before leaving. Arrival on Thursday evening, and the room is not there, I have moved to sleep in a hotel near, I go to the hotel destined for my stay, do not even know that I had to arrive, but it is not over, give me the room of the operators of the hotel, and so far can also leave B In 3 days that I stayed, I had to repeatedly ask that they make the room… that regularly, it was not cleaned. I asked for explanations, but as an answer I was told that those making reservations is 60 years old and they puòsbagliare… almost as if I had to apologize. I state that I had already given in the glow the previous evening, because of the room… I slept in a hotel and ate in another, real convenience…?! In the end, not only did I not have their apology, I paid in full everything, including housekeeping not reservations… Hotel dated, Moooooooolto dated, little clean, decent food, but for the same price found in the area a lot but much better, no lift, stairs up to the 3rd floor, and then… risk eating at Walter and sleeping elsewhere. I'm just a tourist, and they're going to have another 100, but my face will never see it again. I have to thank the salt and reception staff, but the owner is very disinterested and rude and very unfriendly… I would highly recommend it, the Walter has nothing of the hotel, not even the courtesy, stay to forget at the Walter.
