New hotel, always clean and super welcoming, the staff is all extremely kind, attentive to the customer from the smallest to the largest! once you enter you will not feel the need to go out, you will be super pampered, you will not have dead time, away with boredom, here you do not even know what it is!
I would like to pay attention to the animation guys, Alessia the Village Chief follows his team composed of Denise, Gaia, Alessandra, Ludovica, Cristin and Momi, although extremely young they are a very close-knit team and above all they always smile, you can see that for them it is not work but passion, and as they say, he loves what you do and you will never work ❤ to them above all I say thank you because they made us feel like at home and make us leave with an extra tear! Very clean village, impeccable staff, from the receptionists, to the animators, to the waiters… all very helpful and with a smile always. Suitable for everyone. Yummy food. What more can I say? Definitely an experience to be repeated.

We stayed 15 days last year really pleased we were a group. Hotels with large clean rooms the great cuisine. This year we're back in the whole group x 15 days.

The property is very nice and very well maintained! The staff stands out for their courtesy and professionalism at all levels. The food is great, very varied, fresh and filling. The kitchen available to mothers open 24 hours is really a treat for those who have young children. I highly recommend this property to everyone!

Overnight 8gg at the end of August with my family consisting of 2 xsoneth 2-year-olds. There's a bit of everything in the property but nothing serious. If it' s raining, the indoor play area is mignon. If you have intolerant and needs for the little one are scramble If everyone gets up from the restaurant table x go and get food you can't find anything anymore and your belongings find them shipped with the urgent to the front desk. Waiters have to repeat orders because they sleep on their feet. The head nurse is a fugitive and drinks on duty behind the bar. The bedroom cleans you with feeling. The outdoor play area is haunted by parents smoking and children dodging cigarettes that they've missed so many. The food is always recycled so much that you can eat at least 3 times in a row the same thing in a hot cold and rotten key. The aperitif is sad. Laundry 1 hole. Beautiful place, newly renovated, large rooms, new air conditioners, shower with hot tub, TV and sky! Efficient reception to the max, always helpful and very friendly, great bar and breakfasts! The kitchen follows the rest of the hotel, exquisite, plentiful and varied! The cakes were always irresistible! Many services offered, including the bus to go to Cesenatico, tickets for Atlantic and packed lunch! A note of merit goes to the animators, always available, ready to involve everyone with gymnastics, shows, games and dances! Even for the little ones! Wonderful animation! I stayed at this property with my family for a week and were delighted! I start by saying that it is a hotel that looks a lot like a holiday village. In fact it also offers the al inclusive formula with drinks, wine, beer and café (plus other formulas with even more alcoholic beverages) plus pre-lunch and dinner aperitif! There are 2 restaurants that offer the same food: mixed appetizer, fruits and vegetables buffet; 3 first, 3 seconds and menu for the little ones with plates, cutlery and hard plastic glasses. The food is good but nn expect the quality of the restaurants! The choice is wide and something that meets your needs you always find it. Great pizza (served buffet) and breakfast, with sweet, salty part, cereal, yogurt and café with professional bar machine in addition to the automatic one! It is a family-friendly hotel with a special focus on the little ones: there are inflated, 2 arcades (one for children the other for kids) animation with games and baby dances, themed days and evenings, the pool, billiards etc. As I said before it almost feels like you're in a village! The package also includes umbrellas and sunbeds in the very nearby bathroom. Rooms are new and clean with TV, air conditioning is safe. The bathroom is good sized and showers more than acceptable (and not micro showers as they sometimes find).

Menus masterfully directed by the chef Ciro Adam, professional proved to be of great thickness, the hall managers Alessandro and Vito perfectly direct the halls, you never miss anything and it is all always professionally under control.
The Director and the owner are very friendly and always attentive, the guys of the bar Matteo, Rachel and the other are to say the least EXCEPTIONAL, know after the first day the habits of clients, good people, genuine and sunny.
