Apart from a small room problem that was quickly settled. Our stay is perfect. Excellent food, friendly staff. The room spotless every day. A special word for Lilia the housekeeper who takes her job to heart and is always available to customers. I am just one thing to say. See you next 👌 year.

The Spa then exceptional from the sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and finally the massage including relaxing.

We stayed at the Ferretti Hotel Kursaal to spend the end of the year, and we found ourselves very well, friendly and attentive staff, good food, and cleanliness of the rooms.
The pride of the hotel and the Spa, small but nothing is missing, to try Andrea's super regenerating massages!

Nice hotel, nice staff, great food and last but not least, wonderful location on the sea but in the center of Cattolica.

Not worthy of 4 stars absolutely. Dear x what is not worth. Old room to renovate not as promised in the quote in very noisy photos you could hear the water flowing behind the bed and the elevator continuous noise cleaning to pay attention to. A nice scam. Lunch and dinner to forget dirty restaurant bad food we always ate out but the staff when you have already paid do not care about anything. Badly organized really bad experience. If you are looking for a real 4 star hotel do not go here at all.

Hotel on the sea spacious bathroom rooms to review the cleaning in the room so so, excellent heated pool … lunch and dinner only on the day of arrival then we went out to eat it was impossible to resist and in addition the un coordinated room staff
I would say not up to a 4 star hotel I expected something more.

Beautiful location, directly on the sea with a view from the terrace of the spectacular room. Swimming pool with very pleasant water temperature. Staff. You eat very well. It is located in the center of Cattolica. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the staff.

Hotels in the middle of Catholic and directly at the beach. Booked only for one night with breakfast in the week of August, excellent reception service with Maria very nice, breakfast well stocked with staff ready and available. Rooms with wooden floor, clean and spacious. Bathroom that should be renovated. Recommended!

Lack of services. A four-star should offer much of, more. Little or almost nothing about the customer. Un maintenanceless and dirty pool.

Professional staff, dining staff and maitre always courteous and helpful, attentive to all needs, great cuisine, restaurant and sea visa rooms with breathtaking views.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years. A structure that decency would require to close for a radical renovation and that instead remains open to ruin the holidays to the people. The fact that it has 4 stars says a lot about how meaningless this classification has become. Nothing to say about the Romagna courtesy of the staff at the reception.
A pity, years ago this hotel was something else.

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my children, I find that the'Hotel is in the most beautiful location in Cattolica, the rooms are big, clean and with a magnificent view. The kitchen is, without a doubt, is of excellent quality and impeccable service. In particular, I thank David and Carlo for their availability. I'll come back.

Hotel with a location and huge potential… pity that I find myself forced to put a star just to reward the kindness of those who work there even if the hotels with 1 star will probably feel offended to be compared to this "4 star hotel".
We were given a room where we barely moved in two despite having made it clear that we had a newborn with a camping bed, the windows were nailed so you couldn't even blow the room, thank goodness after complaining about the situation the room has been changed to us.
Rooms rather than dated, mold, infiltration and those who have more put on them.
Poor cleaning not to mention the fact that by 1pm the rooms had not yet been cleaned up.
"Restaurant", if you can define it, with a beautiful view of the sea but with a menu that perhaps in autogrill you eat better.
And to finish a tiny, dirty, and without any control of a lifeguard, letting go of how much they suck (it sucks is the correct term) the pool baths! To say they are dirty is an understatement!
I would never recommend it to anyone.
I'm sorry but I didn't find a positive note, thank heaven for only spending 2 nights there.

Impressive hotel outside, internally dated, I stayed 2 days in June and there was the air conditioning on without the ability to handle it; I slept with the windows open x let in a bit of heat. Froze. The very nice staff reported that nn could be turned off.
Breakfast from 2 stars!

One of the worst Hotel in my opinion, you only save the staff and not everything. The rooms are old and the corridor to reach them is covered with a dirty red carpet (see photo) of black for its entire length. Arrived in the room a now dated and ruined furniture awaits you along with one of the most horrible things that can be found in the hotels, the curtain in the shower. Unfortunately I didn't photograph mold, but well let's pretend nothing. With the passing of the days the menu has never evolved more than that, for example no evening in Theme and no "animation" in the hotel. Returning to the kitchen very very sad, cold buffet with normal products and some fried croquette. The all-inclusive version includes only water and wine, but then what all-inclusive is it if the can of Coca/sprite at dinner you charge me 3 euros? The pool is managed at an outdoor and you can't load the drink on your room but you have to pay and take everything with you if you want to use it.
Outside there is a fantastic audience that has been used in Luna Park and the neighboring property in Market. Obviously the owners are the same but the connection with the room not even here, in fact to blow the kids and spend at the market you always have to have your wallet with you.

Clean and fashionable classic style hotel. Only the parking and the associated brach were not near.

Hello, everyone, I spent a weekend, sea, Sun, beach, beautiful.
I recommend you to come to Catholic the Queen of the Adriatic you will not regret it.
Going back to the gorgeous property, especially the nice and knowledgeable staff.
I think I'll come back to still enjoy the beautiful view and the Sea of Cattolica.

I do not understand how they can confirm the stars of this structure. Apart from the wonderful location the rest is everything to review and fix.

Older furniture very clean, shower turbine broken leaking bath so everywhere wet, staff very competent and nimble … rather small room but OK you can safely keep it out for a week or more …

Historic Hotel in Cattolica, adjacent to the beach. Strange aesthetic mixture between old and new, not unpleasant, but in need of some improvement stylistic. Good part of the rooms has sea view. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and spacious.

The down was in awkward conditions, dirty and absolutely unhygienic! The cups and glasses at breakfast were dirty and the floors in the rooms covered with dust! The service was poor and I definitely will not be coming back to such a low level place!

Little courtesy, if it was to me no stars, a first a second if you're okay you get the fruit… (An apple or an orange comes too late a coffee if you can say coffee you have to order it always that you arrive in time and cold.

4-star hotel? … 1 for the position… Ok on the sea, very nice… 2 for the size… Really impressive… Then?

It is a 4 star in the Romagna sense of the term. Which means less luxury than anywhere else, but cleanliness, good food and a service maybe not impeccable but efficient and friendly. In this particular case, a certain attrition of the carpet, the parquet in the room that feels the time (but it is parquet, in fact, warm and elegant), the hairdryer a little stingy with hot air, are compensated by the comfortable marble bathrooms, by the large and bright rooms, by the common spaces Furnished with modern taste. The elegant lounge with glazed sea view brings with abundance the tender light of autumn on the Adriatic Riviera. That this season, without the swarm of bodies and the din of bathing establishments, has much more charm than in summer.

Although there were many people for a conference in the surroundings, the rooms are quiet and so you can sleep well. Breakfast is good and they serve it until late morning. I will be back in the spring and hope to take advantage of the beach adjacent to the hotel.

We returned to this hotel for a conference held nearby, but this time I have to say that the service did not live up to expectations. The room was yes large, but poorly maintained, very poor maintenance and cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. Even in the breakfast crockery, for two mornings in a row, I found dirty dishes and cutlery.

The beach and the staff at the hotel are amazing and the rooms are also in good condition and the weather is wonderful. So when you does not know where to go? So Hotel Kursaal in Cattolica is the right place to relax :).

This is not a 4 rather a 3 stars hotel.

Location fantastic, facilities fantastic, air conditioning good, no noise from outside brilliant. Very good staff. Breakfast very good.

Reopened in may 2016, the historic Hotel 4 stars. In the tourist centre of the town, on the sea, in front of the square of the dancing fountains of Cattolica. Inside, Thai restaurant (new 2016) on the sea. Suites, conference room and small pool outside.

Great location overlooking the beach of Cattolica, good clean rooms, good breakfast with sea view and direct access to the beach.

Owesome people, delicious food and great view… What else could you possibly need?! Definitely a place to go for a vacation or just an evening at the thai restaurant… BTW the pad thai is a must have.

The location was pefect! Right on the beach and in front of one of the main plazas. The view was spectacular. The room was small but very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast was fantastic, and they let us check out late so we could sleep in. The town is very small but very charming and the beach is beautiful.
