Great and clean rooms, food OK. Location not the best, but behind the hotel there is a nice pedinal route that goes up to the park.
In the hotel there are always a lot of events and it is convenient to the highway thanks to the bypass just to the side.

Easy to reach good staff, although with training certainly not high good the kitchen, but the menus are imposed by the organization that manages the course I'm following: I do not know how to eat normally well-lit and equipped Congress halls, but from the appearance Pretty old…

It was a very nice hotel. The top floor room with high wooden ceiling is very cozy and quaint. A large window gives the suggestion of the height, even if the panorama is not particularly beautiful, because there are no obstacles to the view. Breakfast buffet abundant and quality where it is from salty to sweet industrial and artisan. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful. This last feature manifests itself especially at breakfast where you may need assistance. Parking available outside free of charge or in closed garage for a fee. To get to the hotel it takes a few minutes from the highway.

External. Elegant, and well-kept. As far as the outside parking, free, the space is very small.
Interior. Well cared for in every detail with large hall, Quadrettato marble floors, internal fountain, large bar counter, excellently stocked. Being a short distance from the Mapei Stadium (where the Sassuolo Calcio plays, Serie A) abound the showcases filled with autographed links of all the main Italian teams, there is the jersey signed for example Totti, Anderson of Lazio, Papu Gomez Atalanta ECC etc. Many also the links of foreign teams and other sports, from basketball to volleyball.
Conference Room big enough, but a little miserable and frankly with a bad smell in my opinion due to the carpet that covers the floor of the big room.
Restaurant nothing to plead for.
The rooms I have not yet had a way to visit them, so for the moment I can not express myself, even if knowing the standards of the chain Best Western, I think they are up to the rest, so very good.
Surrounding Location apart (not really beautiful, but still convenient to motorway access) The Best Western Classic I feel I recommend it.

Nice hotel and a good service. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

We used one of the conference rooms. Cozy environment and very suitable to create the right climate.

It was a very nice hotel. But there are two points that are slightly critical; The first and that to reach the Fitness area you have to go outside the hotel (I'm freezing) the second, at least in my room, there were no electrical outlets on the bedside table near the bed. I had to put the phone under charge away from the bed at night… obviously it rang!

Wi-Fi which did not work, full room trash, reception did not nice or better one of the 2 (maybe Crooked day. But maybe it was for the customers, too. ) Nice but poorly maintained spa, poor cleaning broken lockers a real shame. There are all the ingredineti because it is a great hotel but the moment just enough.

The hotel is passable, certainly not worth the 4 stars. The cost cut is felt.

All almost perfect. Just one note, practically there are no power outlets and nowadays with cellphones, PCs, tablets etc. You should modernize a little in that sense.

Nice structure but not cared for. The rooms are spacious as well as the common areas but should be partially renovated (especially the bathrooms). Nice relaxation area (Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath) while the fitness area is poor in gear. Discreet Restaurant.

Good clean but small rooms. The breakfast was good.

The Hotel is easy to reach from the motorway.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Only down fall lunches agreed, that do not offer a great variety.

Cons: furniture should be renewed (some broken or plating bath items consumed), soundproofing to improve, a little expensive.

I'm staying for 4 nights, for the Parma fair, I am fine, the hotel is stylish and very clean, the food is excellent. Maybe the room is then small, but nice.

Too high temperature inside.

Wi-Fi included, buffet breakfast, convenient parking and Nice rooms. Highly recommended.

Watch where you park … Although the vehicle was in front of the hall, I managed to svaligiarci the drive (pc, clothes …) and the staff didn't seem too "bewildered".

Sempre pulito, colazione di primo ordine con prodotti tipici. Importante è scegliere sempre stanze non fumatori.

I frequent the hotel Best Western Classic for several years, holding several seminars at the property. The rooms are great, the spa rooms and also Ditto, but what I like best is appreciated is the availability of staff.
People make the difference and give you the feeling of being at your disposal for any need.

Very good, easy to reach with the main roads, spacious room decorated with sophistication and equipped with every comfort, excellent conference rooms and other rooms very spacious and attention to detail, excellent international breakfast restaurant '. Health Club staff helpful and polite, if I were to go again in Reggio Emilia again.
