A very nice house.
The staff was very polite and the food very good.
Since it is located in the old town, it is a bit tricky to get there and because of the narrow streets you should think about which car you want to go ;).

Very spacious and comfortable room, clean, friendly service and good breakfast.

Among The Best, if not the best, Hotel of Reggio Emilia, rooms tastefully decorated, parquet, courteous staff and willing to satisfy the needs of the clientele. In a very central position, equipped with garage and pass for the ZTL. The breakfast is more than satisfactory and the restaurant offers special and delicious dishes.

Great location in the middle of the city. Clean and comfortable rooms. Look after the details (nice surprise find toothbrush and toothpaste) in addition to all other products x the bathroom…

Beautiful place and people. Air conditioner did not work and the bed was hard.

Palace and elegant. The rooms are cozy and functional. Little public parking but available parking in the garage of the hotel. Very good.

I often come for work and I must admit that the stay here compensates for the inconvenience of the trip. Nice, friendly and clean, has professional and nice staff that makes the stay enjoyable. Restaurant among the best in the city!

Four stars for a four star: beautiful building in a central location, within the ZTL. Nice rooms, spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Spent here only one night, only neo the inside bar closed on Sundays.

Nice hotel in the center of Reggio, friendly staff and very friendly (a smile does not cost anything and in the morning puts you in a good mood), great breakfast. The electrical outlets are uncomfortable, but we are in the center with safe restraints, the cozy room in style, clean and full of everything maybe the mattress too hard. Bathroom OK, how we Italians like it.

This time the restaurant was not at the most. Too bad, but I think it's a fleeting thing. The other times I had a great time. This time we all noticed the difference.

I have been to Reggio Emilia a few months for work and I almost always stayed here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are cosy and spacious. Also the restaurant is very good.
