Heavenly location with sea view with beach access rooms, clean and cozy room with a very welcome personal armchair corner. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Relaxing heated pool

It’s a s**t hole staffed by a bunch of arrogant idiots. Never never stay at this hotel.

After our daughter contracted a serious illness whilst on holiday and having to spend time in hospital we were unfortunately forced to return the the UK and had to cancel our reservation 24hrs if notice. Where as we could quite understand having to pay a cancellation fee we were disgusted to find we were charge for the whole booking rate. Not one ounce of compassion was shown when we advised the hotel and they bluntly told us in no uncertain terms that money mattered more than the health of our daughter to them. I can honestly say that I would definitely not recommend such a mercenary organisation.

We spent 2 nights in full retirement at this beautiful hotel.
The experience was positive although with some precautions.
The room quadruple super spacious and clean. The bathroom is spotless and modern.
We had a little problem with the discharge of the bidet because there was a kind of reflux due to the thunderstorms of the previous days. A guy came to check on and was very nice, so much so that we mentioned that the hot tub was not working and he put it right in a moment!
The staff… Depends on… on the one hand we had the impression that he treated us in a hasty manner (in fact we received few explanations on arrival) but later they were all more likeable and helpful.
Only real flaw was the service at the restaurant, we were never in a hurry but even so the long waits annoyed us a bit.

The comfort is enhanced by the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff.
Here we felt like home with lots of extra cuddles.
The humanity shown in the face of the health problems that have come to pass is priceless, it cannot be quantified, but they mean that I will return as often as possible.
I recommend it to everyone even for a short stay! Thank you!

Fantastic room directly on the beach once is to try.

Beautiful rooms, equipped with good restaurant and beach amenities. Affable and helpful staff. Convenient proximity to prominent locals such as Bear's Duna.

Nice hotel directly by the sea with private beach. Large and spacious rooms. Inside there is a heated pool with hot tub and a path to do alternating hot and cold water.

I stayed two night at Terme Beach Resort, before and after my wedding and had a great time. Kind and professional and the sweets of the
yummy breakfast! I highly recommend this place to relax and have fun at the same time!

The baths are very nice, the staff friendly and helpful.

+ Great sea-view room. — Polystyrene coffee cups on the rooms — cheap + Great breakfast — Restaurant is overpriced and very average food. Would still be expensive at half-price. Disappointing.

Cute little cute! Direct access to the sea is a marvel! It seems to be somewhere. The pool is small but with the warm seawater. Very equipped for children, from the perfect welcoming Romagnola. Double shower in the room exaggeratedly nice and comfortable! Lovely Spa. Good restaurant. It's not a Bormio-style characters, but it's worth a ride if you're on the Riviera!

Clean, facing the sea, beautiful structure and large rooms as well as accessible, excellent cuisine and a lot of courtesy! We will be back!

The rooms are very comfortable A little something to improve but you can quietly close an eye. Positively surprised by the USB wall socket for charging the electronic devices. Now it should be a standard in all structures. Breakfast Very helpful and friendly staff The restaurant at the paper the Marlin was great.

A nice place to spend pleasant hours at two steps from the sea immersed in tranquility.

A beautiful Experience! Friends gave us a day in this Spa Resort, the room very big and clean, with a balcony that overlooks the beach and with direct access to the sea, bathroom fabulous with double shower. The baths are not those of San Pellegrino but we relaxed for 2 hours in the afternoon taking the benefits of iodine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast Was Good.

When we arrived to our room the hole familys reaction was, did they give us a bunker?
Still we decided to give it a shot.
We went down to the beach and rented beachbeds whitout towels.
I asked the girl we paid if we could choose beds ourselves, she said yes.
But when sat down in the beds another guy with family came to us and said it was his chairs that he has rented for the seson and that we must move.
This situation made me very angry and they called for à guy named spiro, and he seamed in charge of the beds and he dident even speake to us. We went bak to the girl in the bar and asked she was suprised over the situation.
The hole experience just made os to feel on welcomed.
So we decided to leave.
And the receptionist helped us and was understanding.
The breakfast was dried bread and nothing to give any stars fore.
But the morning Staff was wery friendly.

We booked a double room with a private terrace. When we arrived a room to an inner courtyard was given to us. The windows are covered with a foil to ensure that nobody can look inside. Unfortunalety this also hinders the daylight to enter the room and we somehow ended up in a cave. At the reception we were told that we should open the doors to the courtyard to get natural light into the room. But how the aircondition could work under such circumstances remains a miracle to us. The hotel has a private beach but does not provide beach towels. Sunbeds are only included in the few seafront rooms. All other rooms have to pay a 12€/day fee. We first asked if we can have another room and have been told that we have to pay 50€ per night for a seaview room. We decided to go for it but wanted a price confirmation. This was not given to us and so we asked for a reconfirmation and in this instance we have been told that we would have to pay around 180€ per night on top which was not acceptable for us. This is not a professional hotel at all.

Hotel close to the beach and the sea. Delicious dinner, fresh fish. Excelent spa!

Excellent location right on the beach, near the Mirabilandia Ravenna.

La struttura è molto bella e direttamente sulla spiaggia così come il ristorante che ha la possibilità di avere I tavoli in prossimità della spiaggia o in una zona più distante dalla sabbia. I piatti sono buoni, soprattutto quelli di pesce ma peccato per il servizio non propriamente organizzato che risulta essere lento.
