A few hundred meters from the old town, it allows you to easily reach and walk to many of the main monuments. Good cleaning of the rooms, rich buffet for breakfast and very courteous staff. Average price quality ratio.

Suggested hotel. Super friendly and friendly staff, good and well-stocked breakfast, the ability to take advantage of the bikes to get around Ravenna and Wi-Fi for free. Great location, a short walk from the centre and train station. The only small flaw, not a very wide room. Overall a great treatment is provided.

Hotel a few minutes from the center, equipped with every comfort. Nice and friendly Staff, continental breakfast and availability of any type of product, including gluten-free ones. Good Value for money.

The bed is quite uncomfortable.
It is unfortunately the housekeeping is not up to date if people are still in the room. As we got ready she entered twice as if she were in a hurry to clean, even if by 12 you had to leave the room. Are special that fans lose clientele.

Rooms are very large, affordable, the staff is very friendly, very close to the scenic area, there are free parking spaces at the door.

The room we were given was pretty, a bit with a décor years 90, but pretty and clean.

Clean Hotel. Good stay, gracious reception, but when you have to be careful with the booking date because they play a lot with the price, but for an average price of 50-60 yes it is fine.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful We took a ' superior ' room and enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good. Good breakfast and plentiful with sweet, fruit and savory. If we want to find, not flaws, but improvements, I would recommend to have a choice of better pillows. They are very, very low and not soft. We asked if they had the highest, but failing we have given two more to overlap those in the room.
I would add in the room of the hangers more or larger. Those who are there, however very nice, are really small. They look more like a dry door. With two gamage you can not hang anything else.
We found out after that the hotel is affiliated with the hospital clinics in the area. By calling it you can have prices, according to the period, more advantageous. Having known it before would have made us comfortable since it was not a pleasure stay but of necessity. CMQ honest price.
We recommend it.

As soon as we arrived at the Hotel, the staff welcomed US kindly.
In the early afternoon, they give us the availability of our rooms.
They present small but hygienic, even with a TV with Sky included, (paying for the theme to choose from, eg cinema, sport etc…) or with digital terrestrial.
The breakfast is very good and there is a lot of food.
Pros: Kindness of the staff and hygiene.
Cons: small rooms.

Worse customer service bordering on deceitful. I arrived in the afternoon and checked in. I found a different room on a website and wanted to change but they wouldn't let me do so unless I didn't touch anything. First sign of being rigid and accommodating. Their credit card machine was broken so I had to pay the next day. I tried to rest but soon heard extremely loud yelling and loud banging of construction from the second floor. It would start 8:00am the next day and I could… not sleep with the noise pollution. It is terrible manners for a hotel to not mention the noise and hide it as though nothing is wrong to get customers. They should inform all guests upon arrival about it. If I had known I would never have stayed there. It is deceitful to do so, and I feel like I had day ruined by Astoria Hotel. I had no peace and no comfort while staying here. In fact it caused stress. The superior room I booked was a bit small, with the bed and furniture taking up 80% of the room, leaving little walking space. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Upon check out, the front desk offered no help for the noise violation, and didn't think their way of doing business was wrong. They simply acted like it wasn't their problem. This sends me a message they actually don't care for their customers when something out of "business as usual" arises.

The hotel is currently under construction. It is 8am and I am being woken up by shrill banging noises. It continues on for the whole day, with piles of doors blocking the stairways. It's unacceptable and deceitful not to tell customers about this. The credit card machine has had issues as well. I booked the superior room because that was only what was left. It's not very spacious. And when I found that a smaller room in the hotel was free they wouldn't let me take it! With this type of service, I will not recommend or come back.

I stopped one night in Qst hotel! And a stone's throw from the center! They gave me the attic. Very well furnished, clean and cozy! Great value for money (out of season) the Wi-Fi also in the attic takes great. I highly recommend it! He's satisfied me!

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the old town, parking and to the part of the hotel that was recently refurbished. Unfortunately the bathroom faucet failed during the night. The concierge who was warned told us he couldn't do anything and that the next morning the managers would intervene. The next morning they made us use the bathroom of the adjoining room, blaming the responsibility to the goalkeeper not adequately trained to cope with these mistakes. The bide ' faucet was slipping in the front. Some power outlet was extracted by removing the battery charge of the mobile phone. No recognition is even symbolic and has been recognized for the discomfort. Good breakfast.

Pleasant stay of three nights. The hotel is in a convenient location, a ten minute walk from the center. The owners are available and the breakfast is plentiful.

A great place from where to visit Ravenna. Good breakfast, decent accommodation, good service.

Clean rooms a little neglected the bathroom (lid broken water, shower handle broken) perfect location in 10 minutes walk you're downtown.

As advertised, nothing extraordinary, balcony was locked and not accessible, parking was rather difficult.

The room was fine. But the overall experience was mediocre.

Clean and newly redone rooms in line with the hotel level. Great breakfast Staff prepared and helpful. Own free parking and also presence right by the side of ample and free public parking. A five minute walk to the center.

Don't go back there anymore … old hotel and staff rude … I took 2 rolls, if you can call given the size with a slice of salami on each because that was left, to take to the room to my husband who was not very well and they charged me the cost of a breakfast brought to the room! absurd as something … I asked him if it was possible to carry a pack of biscuits for a girl for 2 years and I said no … it's the first time I get a hotel that does things like that. Really low level … However the sandwiches I've returned paying equally on everything … with that money can have their breakfast. Highly recommended from all angles.

The rooms are modern but uncomfortable … The bathroom with a sink that you cannot use. From bed and breakfast and not from hotel … Too bad the price is not from bed and breakfast. But the most serious thing is the discourtesy and rudeness of these gentlemen: I asked a tablecloth to go and return because I had to be admitted to a hospital and reacted almost immediately from the cardholder's shoplifting me into the room. My date is missed one day because I was admitted to the emergency hospital and he was with me and had the courage to complain. Finally they tell you to voice that is permitted provided that you face in front of the window and then you charge 50 euro fine at night because the next day they plead that they understood from the smell that you haven't smoked in the window that has jumped the fire-fighting system (which he never played) and they even have had to FUMIGATE the room …

Floor 3, room, small but clean and functional. Vary good and plentiful breakfast, staff pleasant and attentive.

Beautifully clean, bathroom clean but a bit small and feels a little too strong smell of chlorine (but keeping the window open to 10 minutes resolves), fairly comfortable although they did a double combining two singles. Continental breakfast very rich and good. Staff really friendly and helpful. The parking is a little tight and can create problems. Overall pleasant experience that I would repeat.

Room basic but clean and functional. Bathroom but shower is very narrow. Welcome the possibility of free use of bicycles. Excellent location close to the Centre of Ravenna. Breakfast was very good.
