A great 4 stars. The highlight of this hotel are certainly The waiters at breakfasts and dinners: young guys always attentive and available, guided by a very competent, professional maetre, but above all polite and smiling even in times when the room is completely full and the work pace is high.
Another highlight is the Indian bathroom lifeguard Premier Palm Beach: great professist both in terms of maintenance and beach organization.

Breakfast of a never before seem richness and quality with above all Maitre d'Hotel Pierluigi Mengozzi, who is a multilingual extraordinary personality with 20 years of experience there. He is "filling the place" with his smile good mood kindness. One of the 4 stars of the Hotel is certainly in his honor and owed to his outstanding kindness. He has a good word for every guest. Truly. The multilingual head of Reception is also extremely kind and helpful. A true pleasant stay and experience to call for more.

We have just returned from this hotel 4*s after three days of relaxation to Me. Usually we go back every year "toccata and fugue" to unplug a bit. The breakfast is truly amazing, not missing anything: from the salt of all kinds, and the thousand sweets, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, even salmon and lumpfish roe, and many other delicious things. So it could be a great lunch buffet. It is followed by a nurse very kind and attentive, which satisfied every your request. We do not have dinner in the hotel but I assume, having regard to the breakfast, which is deserving. The structure is beautiful and quiet, as the rooms, although now it would need a little maintenance. Logically, The prices are not low, especially in the high season, but also to the position in which it is located.

The hotel is worthy of a 4 star superor, all very by Italian, I recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, our room though not equally. Rather small, on the first floor, no view and not far from the garbage bins (thankfully with no bad odors). From the ceiling dripped water infiltration that has formed a puddle of water in the middle of the room. Reported the thing, we were expecting maybe "excuses", but we received only a thank you for your report. Oh well. Frankly, in general, from a 4-star superior hotel we expected much more. Beautiful pool and excellent breakfast. Here the review would be 3 stars. Another star, however, loses because of the bad service at the bar/restaurant on the beach. The kitchen is ok, but very poorly organized as a manager. Staff slow and not very available (although large) : considering that serves the hotels of 4 and 5 stars, it is absolutely unacceptable to wait more than 10 minutes for a coffee and a coke, and almost 15 minutes for the account.

Price too high for what it offers. Nice Hotel but not 4 star room: Furniture so-so, bathroom a bit ' dated with a very old and broken hairdryer, VC with water tank that was clogged. Not a very comfortable Bed. Room clean But in backlight you could see lots of signs as if it had not been cleaned well. Small Room with armchair placed in the only space available but blocked the passage to go to the balcony. Very friendly and professional Staff Great breakfast. Very Nice The bathing establishment that with 15 euro per day gives you parasol, 2 beds, towel, hot shower, cabin etc. Conclusion: Nice hotel in good location, very good and varied breakfast, excellent bathing establishment (paid apart) but for 150 per night Only breakfast I expected something more. P. S. The Spa is paid aside; Parking 12 Euro per day. There's No gym.

Room is not 4 star S. On the contrary, 6-star breakfast. Great location and high level staff.

They were waiting for me more… Spa small… A few finesse… No background music… Hot outdoor whirlpool pools… Good corner the fruit juice and snek… You can work x improve.

It was a very good Hotel. It corresponded exactly to my expectations. The Breakfast and dinner was top, international and varied, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and sympathetic to, The beach is only a few steps away and the rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning and a Safe. The only thing that bothers maybe other people but not me was that it is a little further away from the city centre. I would say about 10-20 min. It depends on how quickly someone is. :) Otherwise the Hotel desire is a value and it's worth it to spend the holidays.

Very elegant structure, overlooking the beach with a swimming pool and all comforts. The rooms are all air-conditioned with safe, spotless. The staff is highly trained and helpful. An ideal location for families.

I'm divided into two. The service and food in the restaurant very good. Unfortunately the room with the pictures in the brochure did not have much in common. The bathroom was small and not adequate for 4 stars. Defective fittings are absolutely not. As a single you often get the bad room locations, so here too.
Beach was good.

The campsite Le Palm very suitable for a vacation with small children. A quiet location and cleanliness, Kinderfreundlickeit, as well as a beautiful pool characterized him. The bungalow tent combines pleasant overnight stay (good bed), with the feeling of living in nature. We shall return certainly again.

All in all a beautiful campsite, situated close to Lake Garda. The tents are partial shade, which is very pleasant in summer. Children have a nice entertainment program and parents up to approximately 11 years time for relaxation.

We had rented a tent the first time and was pleasantly surprised about how spacious and clean. Fridge and stove, there was enough crockery. Next time I will bring far less from home. Also the personal attention on the campsite was very friendly and authentic, I was very pleased.

For the second week of the early summer, we had reserved two plots, we could look out upon arrival in the free places. Camping Le Palme never again.

Good camping right on the Lake. The pool is perfect for children clearly and always with lifeguards. Lived in a village opposite the pool. Grocer for buns. Every night children animation, is usually up to around 23:00. Very funny. Staff, E-mails were answered on the same day on German. Clean sanitary facilities. Necessarily in Pacengo even go out for dinner. (On the market square on the left) Spaghetti with seafood. Unbeatable! My holiday there would spend on each case again.

My wife and my two children (18 months to 10 years) were Easter 2010 on the campsite. We wanted to look at once in advance the place, because we make there holiday in the summer of 2010. Be sure to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. All inquiries by email were answered in German, and spot we could find anything negative. The weather was quite ok for the season. If it rained, we made trips to Venice and Milan. We had a place on the Lake and the view was great. Unfortunately, the pitches have been freshened up and were partly still not fixed/compacted or covered with grass. This, the road was already quite already silted up. But, that Yes only once.
