Stayed here several times. Lovely hotel with nice grounds and really well designed stylish rooms. Even provided bowls for our dog! Staff always helpful and charming.

Very comfortable hotel suitable for both those who come for work and those who want to rest in a quiet environment and good air. The garden and lawn are well maintained and the staff very courteous.

Hotel, in my opinion, by the fantastic property and design. Very modern and well-equipped rooms. Fantastic and spacious garden, equipped with magpies with tables and heamache. Leave a little to be desired breakfast, provided with brioches, biscuit slices, eggs, sausages … but in small quantities (especially the brioches) and with a very narrow choice (for example we talk about 3 or 4 jams with similar tastes, moreover). Note of merit, however, for Wi-Fi (on which I did not know, but I think it is fiber or, even hyperfiber). Usually the internet in hotels is quite disappointing. Here, however, it is accessed with the password of the network, written in beautiful view on the counter and shown first by the receptionist at check-in. There are no further logins and you stay connected until you get out of the range of this which, moreover, gets to cover the entire garden.

A hotel surrounded by greenery and elegant glass and brick facades is an 8-minute walk from Parma International Airport, 3.2km from the National Gallery and 10km from the Cathedral.
Well-maintained rooms with views of the courtyard or garden, come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars. The suites also offer relaxation corner, coffee machine and teapot.
The property also includes a luxury restaurant with a bar and terrace. Pets are allowed with a supplement.

Not a bad hotel. Everything is clean and cozy. Daily room service. One negative is the meagre breakfasts.

A very calm and beautiful hotel located in a modern touch of an old italian brick-wall barn. The facilities are great: bike rental, sun chairs, large garden and a small fitness room. The breakfast was good, espcially the coffe which is made to order by a barista. The location is non stress-full and has a touch of country-side feeling, they even had some rabbits in their garden.

We stayed from April 28th to May 1st, 2018.
Very very good reception. A team listen the client (speaking French and English) beautiful establishment built with modern materials respecting the environment. Very quiet. Room and shower room very clean. With safe,, tray for thè and water bottle. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. Here too, the team is super friendly. We recommend.

Our room was very dirty on arrival and the provided water bottle was already open once.
On request for a new room the receptionist wanted to see the room and for him the room was "very clean". All right. However, as it did not meet my cleanliness requirements, I asked for a new room and reluctantly received it.
But that was much worse.
Contact with director was horrible, he showed 0 understanding for customer inquiries and yelled at me I should look for another hotel.
Absolutely not recommended!

The location is very uncomfortable compared to the city centre, close to the airport… Breakfast not up to par. Comfortable and quiet rooms.

Very modern refurbishment of an old cattleshed. The room was very quite and comfortable. Unfortunately it is not very close to the downtown.

Completely out of focus. The hotel is called 4 star and does not even have a service for luggage. Arivé with 8 people and huge suitcases of large size, the poor receptionist to carry the luggage trolleys alone.

Interesting atmosphere, not very fast checkin, but big and silent rooms, and large bathrooms. There is a small cute restaurant, not open on Sunday evening, but with good quality breakfast. And there is a gym as well. You will need a car or a taxi to reach the city centre. Recommended especially if you need to get the plain the next day.

Going down on the Adriatic coast, we made a stop at this hotel which I highly recommend to travelers. It is located 5 minutes from the motorway exit and is easy to access with Google MAp in GPS. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean. The staff are welcoming, do not speak French. The hotel is brand new and the architecture is splendid.
Weak spot: Travaus on a seconce slice of the hotel, the breakfast is not very plentiful and the products offered without great gastronomic interest.

After visiting Parma there is best Hotel where you can rest in a context of total relaxation and with Parmesan cuisine but also of great seafood you can't go wrong …
I say this as Parmesan but also fond of customer;-)

Very nice hotel with nice and clean rooms, good staff and good breakfast but a bit far from the city center.

Building surrounded by greenery spaces in grass we did play our little girl in a big field the rooms are a little small breakfast in sin for a dilapidated farmhouse behind the hotel recommends that you stay in the rooms facing the garden judging more than satisfying the value.

A modern and new hotel just out of the city. Rooms clean and comfortable with a very contemporary style. Wi-Fi and other services. The breakfast is ok. The price is really interesting.

The facility is nice, you pay a little, but it is not easily accessible. The modern design and the coldness of staff make your stay unpleasant. The rooms are equipped, but lack essential items (blankets). Dipped in poop and flanked by a dilapidated farmhouse. Another downside: breakfast. Not a four star hotel.
