Great service for the center, staff very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel. The restaurant is very good. But the rooms could not pretend to be rated 5 stars, too small. Definately good 4 stars hotel.

Well but not great. My negative rating comes from the fact that for me it can be considered a good three star hotel but definitely not five. The lobby is well taken care of, the staff helpful, but the maintenance of the rooms leaves a bit to be desired. Some items of furniture should be rearranged or replaced. Very uncomfortable the tub in the room. Definitely not fast the parking system, as you have to leave the keys of the car that is completely handled in their garage by them. It is clear that in the morning you have to wait a little in a row that the attendant retrieves and gives you the car.

Excellent place, fantastic staff, exquisite cuisine. Only small remark perhaps is the lighting system in the room, not exactly coordinated. But otherwise it's great.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast for all tastes: from fresh fruit to homemade cakes to the typical continental breakfast. Everything Perfect.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5-star hotel but I think this rating was from back in the 1990’s. The decor is old fashioned but more importantly, the phone and lighting in the rooms are almost impossible to use. The phone has no directions on how to call the front desk so I had to use my cell phone. The lights require your key but not all the lights work and cannot be controlled by nearby switches when the card key is in the slot. The bathroom, although it has marble everywhere which is nice, the layout and function ability is poor-fair. In order to use the air conditioning, I had to ask the front desk to turn it in even though there is a controller in the room. It cannot be adjusted except by calling the front desk. Ugh. The best part is that the hotel is central but that is about it. I would not be prone to stay here again. My 2 cents.

Big and comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast (the food is super fresh and tasty). Very helpful and nice staff.

For me is the best hotel on Parma. Very fancy, perfect service, comfort room, good breakfast, on a nice location. Restaurant is also nice.

Excellent restaurant, nice location just outside the centre of Parma, elegant and atmosphere. Dinner based on fish, quality of the raw material and careful preparation, courtesy and expertise in the service, interesting wine list are the main ingredients. Cost commensurate with the level of the proposal. We will gladly back in the future.

Nice rooms, modern decor but bitchy inattentive staff. They couldn't be bothered to say buongiorno when we came in and were hiding in the back the few times we tried to ask for some basic info. The location is just okay for the main center.

The best hotel in Parma, 5 stars, wonderful experience! Free internet, gym and sauna.
