Very good hotel. Very clean and functional room, full and delicious breakfast, friendly welcome staff and brief French speaking nothing wrong. Little more, the pool after the days of visiting in the hot heat.

Very convenient hotel a 5-minute taxi ride from Parma airport, it is also close to the center of Parma (feasible on foot, about 20 mimuto). The hotel is modern and Ok, a bit dated the elevator and the hallways. I give 3 stars for the restaurant (I don't know if it's the same management, but it's still inside the hotel), because it's really disappointing.

Hotel recently renovated in the industrial area of Parma. The outdoor pool is definitely the convenience I enjoyed the most
The rooms are clean and spacious. The room services and the bed is convenient. Note out of the plastic shower box?! That compared to the quality of the room unfortunately you notice right away. The area where it is located is definitely convenient near the highway but certainly not nice.

Value for money. Room was small with a balcony. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Very nice hotel the. Bathrooms were very clean and the pool was very nice, a bit small but still quite good (could close a bit later like 9 pm). The breakfast was very good especially for 5 euros! Very nice hotel would stay here again.

They have 1 Tesla charger that is useful and is free for custumers. That really helped us when we got here with an electric car from Norway.

Good hotel. Spacious, clean room. A little bit away from the center but you can walk. Breakfast is good. There's free parking. Good price.

Great rooms, nice hotel with a very good restaurant.
Small faults: 1/The kettle is really too hot and dangerous, you burn your hands when you seize it.
2/The Cuilères to stir his tea or coffee are too short and suddenly, we burn a second time.
3/The bed is a recessed bed and the bedside lamps are therefore hidden by the vertical framing of the bed and to read in bed it is missed.

Excellent hotel, perfect for business, rooms renovated by very little, so very nice and comfortable, impeccable service, great breakfast in which you can find everything, good even the restaurant although recluse to a room a little ' too closed, but characterized by Few but good dishes and from the liking of the great waiter.

Good hotel, reasonable price and appropriate to what is offered, clean rooms, suitable for short stays and/or working. Good value for money. Good location.

To be part of such an important chain, it has nothing to envy compared to any Italian three-star hotel. Aesthetically not furnished well, I would suggest a restyle. The breakfast room and the dining room are small, the kitchen of the lunch was not for satisfactory.
The location is uncomfortable, it is yes to 5min by car from the center, but on a little street in the dark and nothing, it is difficult to understand what the entrance is. I don't recommend it.

Stay regularly for a few months. Convenient parking. Nice structure. Swimming pool and gym small but well cared for. Always nice and professional staff also in exception handling. Good breakfast and restaurant. Really nice new rooms. Hotel really recommended for its nice atmosphere.

The hotel is located just outside of Parma, but you can reach the Stadttentrum quite easily on foot (about 15 minutes). At night the surroundings seem a bit shady, so it erscht me to use the car or a taxi.
The rooms are large and the bathroom is spacious, modern and clean. Some rooms are facing the street and the train station, with some noise from the outside at night. A very good mattress helps to sleep well anyway.
The hotel also offers a Tesla destination charger, where electric cars (long cable with type 2 plug) can be easily recharged overnight. It is worth telling the hotel that you want to use this service on reservation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Average breakfast buffet, is to be requested at the time of arrival. Large rooms and new bathrooms. Competitive prices.

Great hotel in the center of Parma not very far from the station. Very large rooms Modern and clean. The property is equipped with a great free parking lot in front of more parking spaces inside.

Camere pulite e silenziose nonostante l'albergo si trovi vicino alla ferrovia. Nel complesso in Buon albergo, anche se la struttura non sia molto recente. A circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di parma.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, great Wi-Fi. The breakfast is okay and facilities like a fitness room are a nice addition. Downside to this hotel is the ugly environment it is situated in. Next to railway and very 'industrial'. If the hotel would have been at a better location, it would have been great, so for business I do recommend this place.

Very good breakfast Swimming pool with jacuzzi available. Great choice at the breakfast buffet. Parking in front of the hotel, 5min by taxi or 20min walk from the center. Perfect to visit the city.

It's a very good hotel, it's located 20 minutes of walking away from the center of the city. The rooms are really comfortable and the staff is kind and available for any question. Really good experience!

The hotel is not in the Center but on the car is more comfortable, pretty soddsfacente and service staff. Definitely.

Non-central location, the rooms are neat and clean, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. A good restaurant in the hotel.

Great not for now dated, (comfortable) but for the people who work there. They always manage to settle even in the strangest situations. I was there in 2013 and I had a great time and for this reason there are then returned this year and will return next year hoping that there is always the same staff.

I loved this hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with local products (parma ham, cheese, butter, jam). The decoration is very light and clean. The room was spacious and the kids loved the canopy bed. The main bed was very large (2mx2m) and comfortable. Very modern and chic WC with rain showerhead. Complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Very quite hotel. I would recommend this to a friend.

In summer it would have been nice if the AC was operating properly; with 35 degrees and over it is not nice sleep. My compliments to Marco the waiter and his team in the restaurant! If all waiters in teh world would be like him, fantastic.

Breakfast good value and very varied from sweet to savory.

The welcoming and helpful staff make you forget the room "restricted".
Wi-Fi has amnesia.
