Everything… but especially the friendliness of the staff.

My husband and I had a nice weekend room. Great service is excellent room cleaning staff.

Now: categorizing it as a luxury hotel seems a little excessive to me.
Very nice staff but old room, with a little too much cloth. And let's say that the photos on booking also make a little too much honor to the common spaces…

I had a great time. I went to a meeting in their meeting room. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Hotel easy to get to. Unfortunately I found the environment poorly cared for and clean. Few services at Disposizionel.
I do not recommend.

Beautiful Hotel, Staff stragentile straavailable, Strasimpatico! Very large rooms, clean. Great service with evening shuttle to downtown and drop off hotel, free. Bicycles provided free of charge. What more do you want? Convenient times for the delicious and abundant breakfasts. Shall I go on?

Great room, excellent cleanliness, quiet. Shuttle service (every half hour) to the city centre, free of charge as well as the rent of bicycles.
Plentiful and international breakfast buffet.

Comfortable Hotel and close to the stadium of Ferrara (to be kept in mind for fans).
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Prices vary significantly depending on the periods.
A few minutes walk from the Old Town (also accessible by free shuttle bus) You can use the hotel's bicycles free of charge.

I stayed more at this property, although not very recent to spacious and well appointed rooms (I happened several times to find inside also relaxation corners and whirlpools). Do not recommend the rooms with loft. Good breakfast.

Very bad breakfast quality for group tourists, bread is black and hard to bite. And hotel staff even have racial discrimination to other nations. Worst experience in Italy by now.

The staff are very welcoming, attentive and dedicated. Breakfast is standard nothing more. On the other hand the rooms start to dated a little, heating and insulation leaves to be desired. The plugs are to the old custom adapter if not charging phone and other equipment. The bathroom was fine.

Lovely staff, nice buffet breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Near the main railway station and centre of the city. Supermarket is just next to the hotel. Very nice free hotel transport in the evening for city center. Love to stay every time!

Special place near city center. Very big and nice standard double room. Amazing jacuzi and really clean place. I would reccomend it.

A photo says more than 1000 words, four-star hotel? It looks like the Addams family house! And there's not even the restaurant, never again!

My 4 stars are based on the benefit compared to the price. We can get better but it is much more expensive.

The TV channels are numerous and include international and sports channels
The hotel is a little off-center from the historic centre but the free shuttle every half hour, the bikes available allow you to get there quickly. You can also get there on foot in about twenty minutes. The advantage is that one can park easily and free of charge, which is not the case of the hotels of the center.
The bathroom is a bit narrow/crowded and the shower is not the most convenient but I do not spend all my time and you can always choose the bath rather than the shower.
The connection to the Internet is not at the top but for having made several hotels on Ferrara I will say that it is general to the local hotel.
I will finish with what I like most about this hotel. It's the staff that works there. Whether it is the staff of the reception, breakfast or room service, they are all welcoming and helpful.

I'd give this hotel one star if it weren't for the very nice and friendly service at the front desk and very good included breakfast. In a nutshell there is no way to control the heat so my room was ridiculously HOT. I was there with a party of 6, all being in separate rooms, and 4 others had the same experience as me. The problem was there is no valve within our rooms to control or shutoff the heat which is generated via a hot water boiler system. My only relief to stop sweating was to open a sliding glass door which opened to a common walkway between all the rooms on my level which is a security issue. It was late at night when I found out there was no way to control the heat so I ended up loosing several hours of sleep trying to figure out and enact the solution get the room cooled off enough to sleep. The shower head had a lot of scaling & mineral buildup. The edging on the shower floor had what looked like was mold on it. This place needs a revamping of its infrastructure and a remodeling/update of its rooms. My room had what looked to be somewhat new furniture but it looked cheap and dated. Just because something is inexpensive doesn't mean it has to look cheap. I was here on a business trip and didn't choose the hotel. If I had a choice I wouldn't stay here again or I would at least ask to see if there are nicer more accommodating room options here. My biggest issue was with the uncontrollable heat.

Decent place for the area but too far from where the action is. Balcony is nice. Bathroom is very crowded with the addition a bidet. Complimentary breakfast is fine.

I used the Hotel only for one night on business, but in addition to be comfortable and served than the Center (almost 2 km walk in the fog to look for a restaurant), in winter does not offer the option to dine in the same room where I stayed was very poorly heated.

Good structure, very good overall quality, the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Good facilities, clean and neat. Service with a smile, friendly and professional. Rooms are good, bed is good. One downside is the TV, but who goes on holidays to watch TV?!? Food is good and the price is right.

We stayed for one night in Ferrara. This hotel is perfect. Spotless, staff very nice, quiet room with exposed beams, warm and welcoming. The breakfast is really good. Highly recommended.

A great property, comfortable, cozy and elegant. The staff is friendly and doesn't feel like guests in a hotel but, instead, to be guests as friends.

Possibility to rent a bike to explore the city.
Shame the hotel is a bit far from the Centre (Via Dock), so if you want to walk you have to take a walk; as an alternative means of transport also break away and allow you to reach the city centre or the railway station.
Noteworthy: possibility to order pizza or piadina in reception with delivery directly to your room.
