my partner and I went to the Fourghetti on Friday night to make an aperitif, on the advice of a friend. Given the place we believed to live a pleasant and unforgettable experience… expectation that was totally disregarded.

The service is friendly, but very scholastic and detached, without character and that does not give a special touch of personality to the local; while the bartender knows how to recommend cocktails very well to undecided people.

The Place is to be improved because the interior is very aseptic, not very welcoming, without personality and gives the very ugly feeling of being in an unfinished construction site. In addition, the chairs are very uncomfortable and do not entice to stay, making the stay almost a torment together with the music too loud.

the cocktails are low alcohol but very good, with special ingredients and that are not found elsewhere, and this is a very positive note. <
Unfortunately, however, cocktails that cost between 12€ and 15€, are accompanied by popcorn with grated cheese to divide, but they were chewy and looked like the day before, and two appetizers a head delicious, but not unforgettable and that do not buffer enough alcohol.
I expected much more food, especially leavened or fried that buffered the effect of cocktails; and to live an experience of taste hardly forgettable, a real pampering for the palate, but it was not so.

Refined menu, great service, top wines and excellent quality of
raw materials used. We did the tasting menu with wines paired with the dishes, and I recommend it. Experience to be repeated.

A disappointment, almost in everything … sloppy and characterless dishes, sad and dull, almost without flavor… bar staff
not up to it, not knowing at a certain level techniques and ingredients, it almost makes sadness.
The kind and prepared chef, however I believe that in a bistro of this magnitude, he should not go out to explain the cocktails and tastings to the customer … bar grade 2… (otherwise little provided…)
We were chosen a variant to the menu of our fourghetti expirence, to which we willingly accepted, but it was the wrong choice … "bad choice"
I didn't find the joy of eating.
The only positive note is the room staff, who were kind caring and always had a smile for us.

Great for aperitifs and dinners, a place where you can relax after a hard day with top quality dishes and cocktails. Staff prepared, friendly and never intrusive. Very good!
