Residence le Mimose

Very nice accommodation. We stayed in apartment 16. Modern apartment, functionally equipped, even European sockets for large plugs such as hairdryers in the bathroom and kitchen.
Air conditioning, dishwasher, parking space and even private parking space on the beach in a meadow.
You have everything you need.

We booked directly via email for the end of August: a very light experience despite having changed the arrival date several times due to problems at work, maximum availability, stellar price considering that we could share the apartment with up to five people, plus various agreements with local activities. It's difficult to explain in a few words how peaceful our holiday was thanks to the splendid location, immersed in tranquility. Upon arrival the receptionist, very friendly, knowledgeable and nice, accompanied us to the accommodation, "Caubbio 1", a stone's throw from the free beach of Lacona, equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and various other comforts. They will certainly be one of my first choices if I decide to return to Elba next year. If I really had to find something negative, we missed the oven, and I would invest in a smart TV to reach the top.

We stayed 9 days at the residence, studio apartment no. 15. Definitely a little small for us who also had the dog, but the equipped outdoor space is absolutely usable even in case of rain and increases the pleasure of the holiday. Everything was very clean, everyone was very kind and available for any information. The apartments are close to the Lacona beach and if you like trekking you shouldn't miss the excursions that are nearby. N. B. The bathroom does not have a bidet, but the shower has a hand shower. Furthermore, very importantly, the apartment was given to us ahead of the scheduled time. A heartfelt thank you from Cristina and Andrea.

Very spacious room (double bed + single bed), a beautiful covered patio where you can dine in the evening, covered car parking. Not even 10 minutes walk from the sea and they accept dogs! The only advice is to change the cushions which in our opinion are too soft (personal taste obviously).

Excellent location on the hill among olive trees and sea views: tranquility assured.
Sea 3min by car with discounted parking near the beach (free or equipped).
Convenient location also for visiting other beaches and places on the island!
On the Island of Elba I advise against stopping at the first beach! It's an island worth visiting!
Only advice… put more comfortable mattresses and pillows 😘
