Hotel Capri

Great hotel, great service and best location. Room accommodation were great, big rooms, comfortable bathrooms, and beautiful view from the rooms balcony. Delicious breakfast at the hotels restaurant, good start of the day. The nightlife is within walking distance. Many delicious restaurants and shopping stores. April 21, 2018 Made my reservations to come back in June. Can't wait! I have stayed here before and loved my previous experience so decided to come back to it. This time to customer service was lacking from front deck and breakfast personal. Bathroom shower had a draining issue, they came and fixed it but he never drain property. It smells like sewer water. Room was nice and comfortable. The location is right center on the Plaza so it's easy to navigate through the island. The stairs need to be updated like 10 years ago.

In the centre of Capri, perfect for those who love the evenings, the rooms are spacious and airy, and have a good restaurant. Three meeting rooms, too bad the pool is missing.

Lovely hotel! The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean. The hotel's breakfast has a good variety and the pastries late outstanding! If you are going to Capri, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a quick five minute walk from the funicolare in the heart of her Capri.

Experience to do absolutely the. Staff is just great.

On a very famous and beautiful island. Get lost in its twisted streets full of beautiful restaurants and luxury boutiques. The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly. Although the island has lost attraction in recent years it is still a good place to visit and stay one day.

Very nice hotel with great style. Lobby is impressive and give you the feeling of great hotel. Location is fantastic, in the middle of the main Street. Rooms are amazing! All the decorations are amazing and add a lot to the Capri experience. Staff are very kind and helpful. Antonio the concierge helped us a lot with everything. Check in was smooth and we even got the rooms before formal time. In the last day we left our luggage after check out and came back in the afternoon, they bought us ferry tickets which waited us in the gate. Great experience, great value for money Amazing service.

The staff at Hotel la Palma provided excellent service. Domenico, Nicola, Antonio, and Nunzia were geeat. Anything my family and I needed they were able to assist and ensure our requests were taken care of. The property is located in a great area, right in the heart of Capri.

I didn';t stay in this hotel but if the attention to detail on the outside is anything to go by it should be well recommended.

Had a wonderful time at our stay at La Palma. It's in a wonderful spot on the main walk and was a perfect spot for us. Great bar/patio in the front that had amazing music when we were there.

It is a lovely hotel but very noisy at night. We could here people walking around on the floor above us as well as street noise. Also the street sweeper went around at 5 am blowing his horn. Also the bathroom could be improved. There is no bench space and the shower doesnt flow properly. Other than that was very nice.

This is a perfect location, very helpful staff, free continental breakfast. Walking distance to shopping restaurants and other activities. A great place to make your homebase while on Capri.

A fantastic find on Capri. 15 minute walk from the center of town. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, pictures of one of the great-grandfathers adorn the walls of the wine tasting room. (He looks a rather fun guy. They used to have a family winery until the 1980s. ) The property was converted to a hotel about 3 years ago, so everything is modern — and works well. Breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the harbour, was exceptional, including freshly cooked scrambled eggs to order, great coffee, and homemade marmalade from the lemon tree on the property.

4 star hotel, renovated in an old 18th century villa, located just steps away from the piazzetta. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are huge and have stunning views. The staff is super helpful and friendly also for tourist information. Great price for a twin with sea view, a real suite. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Only niggles, lack of an elevator (even if the particular scales have a substantial charm) and greater attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Recommended highly.
