The owner Augusto and his wonderful mother do everything to make you feel not like clients but welcome guests.

+++nice garden and terrace, only 3 rooms, pretty quite, near to Capri city, nice view. The son is nice, helps quickly and speaks English. Breakfast ist handmade with nice local stuff, especially local tasty croissants. Very very clean!
— — Wi-Fi didn’t work for the whole week we were there. Toilet flush broke, so we had to flush with a bucket for 1 night, was repaired the next day. Millions of mosquitos, we got eaten alive in between the 10 first minutes in the garden. Huge humidity, everything feels wet and cloths don’t dry. Baby bed 15€ per night. Endless steps to the hotel and even more endless steps to a tiny beach called Piccola marina, rather go back up by bus! The owner felt very much offended when I asked her not to move heavy furniture above our room in the night, she even once yelled at my 5 year old son and didn’t talk to us again for the rest of the week. We we’re advised to leave with 2 little kids if we dare to say something more. Spent 136€ per night in October, which is ok for Capri, but frankly, there are equal or better accommodations in Anacapri during that time for less money and more convenient location.

Super quiet and peaceful bed and breakfast that is perfectly located in Capri. It's a ten minute walk to the city centre (and five mins on the cable car from there down to Marina Grande), it's a five min walk downhill to the quiet and marvelous Marina Picolo (10 mins uphill return). As with all of Capri, you need to be reasonably mobile to enjoy it. If you have anything other than hand luggage — book porters to get your bags to your room from the port.
The setup is Augusto (owner) on the top floor with three B&B rooms on the ground floor in the gardens. This is really cute and means you have a great outlook of the gardens and the sea when eating breakfast on your terrace in front of your room.
The rooms aren't stunningly modern, but everything is in good condition and clean and tidy too. AC works perfectly. Large room overall with a small bathroom. Lots of storage space for clothes etc.
Breakfast is simple — croissant, fresh bread, boiled eggs, yoghurt, juice, and coffee. But a really nice way to start the day.
Augusto and his mother run the b&b and are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, great tips on what to do on the island. Only negative was that the rooms are close together so we could hear other couples talking sometimes (not words just noise).
We just wish we could have stayed longer.
