The staff here is unprofessional and rude, I am happy to answer anyones questions regarding the quality of the hotel. The staff literally walked out on me when I needed help saying it’s not their problem, and that it’s the owner’s. He said vebatim — “go talk to the owner”. So either the owner had overworked them or hired a staff that doesn’t want to work! And this happened at two occasions. I have never been treated or spoken so rudely ever in my life at any hotel!
