I have been at this wonderful place in the past few days and will definitely stay here again. Elegant hotel, luxurious clean. Spacious and fragrant room. Staff at the reception really polite and kind. The same applies to the spa area. Clean and very hot pools and also there very prepared staff. We visited this property for the first time for these Easter holidays, we were two couples and chose the full board package one night. We found ourselves quite well, structure kept in a discreet way, nice welcome, clean rooms, good food. However, I would like to say some things against that I did not like:
— water was not included but you paid separately
-the spa area was 300m away and every time you have to dry and get dressed to return them to the hotel to eat. You do not have the convenience of being able to get off in a bathrobe quietly but every time bring everything you need with you.
-the pool unfortunately (except for some special packages) would be nice if it could be open until midnight instead of until 17:30.

Sn just out of the Rosapepe magnificent place, great chef, great waiters very polite. Even the young ladies down to the spa really kind. Maximum cleanliness! Sl a small inconvenience that nn explain that at lunch and dinner the water nn give it but you pay 2, 50 € per bottle we should kiedere the bottles but The waiters nn explain it to you bring directly bottled water so just be careful to qst particular. X the rest really beautiful. And always check the xké rooms I had the broken whirlpool that nn we used, I paid 30 € more per night of a total of 60 € nn I was returned back, nn they made me pay only the 10 € of water that in my opinion nn I should not even pay xké in the room nn explain that there sn the water bottles.

Terrible experience. While I was by the pool relaxing, a company was doing maintenance work, I kept the discomfort in mind and I was ignored. To apologize for the end of my stay they gave me a new entrance to the spa. Too bad I will never stay there again. As they are cold, dirty, dilapidated. Too bad.

Cuisine, hospitality, exceptional services… Compliment. Top Masseuses. The only drawback is a bit of surveillance in the pool, too many people without swimming caps and children who do the dives with their parents who care.

Beautiful baths. The spa pools were a pleasant find, packages like massages and/or private hot tub a little less. It's just not worth the price. The hotel is very nice, the 4-star style is classic, it's very reminiscent of the 80s. Rooms are ok. I took the room with hot tub and nothing to say. I didn't look in a beautiful location, but it's not a problem anyway. The staff reception was excellent. Dinner was very good and the ability to change some of the meals on the menu allows even the most difficult tastes to enjoy a good dinner. Too bad for drinks and sweets not provided on the menu and for a fee, The prices however are not very exaggerated. The buffet is good but sparse despite being international.

The hotel is divided into 2 large structures, where the second is suitable for the spa, sauna, massage, Turkish bath and especially for the thermal swimming pools. There are 4 thermal pools of various sizes, of which 1coperta where the water temperature is lower (never less than 32 °) and 3 outside where the temperature is higher (on the 35 °).
The whole is also equipped in this second structure from reception to the entrance, male and female changing rooms, toilets and showers both male and female, and safe boxes to store their object. The staff is very friendly and the spa is very relaxing. The sauna doesn't make sense. I found the sauna in 60gradi! People only enter for 10 minutes without carrying the towel leaving the costume worn. The whole and antihygienic, but above all the sauna for 10minuti at only 60 degrees has no beneficial purpose. The sauna is made from 80 degrees 85 degrees max bathroom. Leaving the sauna you can not find any shower and especially after the shower is missing the cold water basin to activate blood circulation.

I'm sorry, but I expected better. I took advantage of a package for one night with entrance to the spa and dinner. Dinner was great as well as breakfast. The room nice with so much cleanliness, but alas you can not say there same of the sheets (not that they were so dirty but did not give that sense of cleanliness that you expect from that type of hotel). The spas were a disappointment, it is true that in winter we could not use the outdoor pools, but as in the price was included I'm the entrance to the pools and the indoor one was not that great I would have expected them to include something else. In fact all the other packages were fee-paying. So for those who plan to go there my advice is to go there late spring/summer in this way, being able to use the outdoor pools, there is more choice on what to do.

Bad Place, no organization and very rude staff. Food heated and not fresh, toilet bad, very dirty, but especially the pools are free of cleaning you'll know as soon as you try the mud, you will find any type of dirt inside the same. Just spent 4 wonderful days at the Hotel Rainwater and its fabulous spas, I my wife my mother and sister with disabilities, we received a really impeccable, found the absence of architectural barriers, a great bathroom, elegance and kindness in welcoming. Just to not appear hired him, you might provide a shuttle with footboard, and sauna (but the spa area was filled to capacity) is not properly a sauna. Tried the package "Spa night", with dinner, bed, breakfast and access to the spa area from 20 to 24, and from 8 to 18 of the following day, Swedish sauna, chocolate facial treatment, and extra package with 30 min massage. As for the hotel the reception is excellent, the room was clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. There is a convenient shuttle service that goes directly to the spa area, which is 300 metres away. The baths at night, then, are a must try experience.
