I've been pre-serving my stay here for years… always impeccable and always available especially Francesco and Salvatore of the reception and the staff all!

I do not recommend absolutely this Hotel. I booked on the days of Easter, for 2 nights a double room, and following an episode very serious that has happened to me, the Hotel I had credited the same in the penalty of 100 €. For more, the room has been by me canceled only after an agreement with the staff of this Hotel that he had promised that if he had resold the room I would have applied any penalty. Unfortunately, after having checked that the room was resold, I was told over the phone that now their money already, that they had been taken and that I would not be able to do anything. Also I was informed by the staff of this Hotel I would have had to worry about most of my personal issues instead of informing the Hotel of this fact. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. I recommend absolutely to go in the other structures the most serious and correct (not that I want a lot)

From the first steps in the hotel was very bad. The man in reception looks like hate his work. No info. No wake up for flight (we asked for this). The rooms was in very bad condition. Beddings and bed was terrible. Very very noisy around and it is not safe area. I will tell everybody avoid this hotel.
