Very nice hotel with a Wide park and a swimming pool, rich breakfast, gluten-free ad well.

This hotel is not 4 star. Rooms are cleaned everyday and staff are friendly but rooms are small and bathrooms dated. The breakfast is good but pool side bar service is very poor. No staff on some days. You cannot pay cash for anything at this hotel they insist it goes on your room tab. This hotel is not close to any other restaurants or shops. Taxi fare is 25 euro to Naples each way. There is no bar in the hotel just table service which varies depending on staff. Restaurant menu is very poor for dinner considering there is no other restaurant for miles. Did not get the holiday feeling here. More of a business feel… lots of bugs inside and outside this hotel. Prepare to be bitten!

A nice hotel for locals but not so good for tourists. We stayed here beginning of April and the pool was empty. The area around the hotel is very rough. You really need to drive as the long winding steep drive is also gated. Although there is some steep uneven steps you can use. Tips: Highly recommend that you use the local free Metro. Keep some Euros for when you check out as you have to pay a Tourist Tax!

I could only admire the exterior and I have to say CHR is very nice, but it is very isolated so a car is a must.

Attention, charming photo on the net to attract the tourist, once in the square, the charm disappears. On our arrival we could see that the pool was empty, we were in May though. No open bars either we did a little excursion to town and on our return we asked for a cocktail this one was kindly refused as no bartender either. The very poorly soundproofed room allowed us to feel like we were doing a camping in the beautiful star on an airport track thanks to the planes that passes just above the hotel. Clean Point of view it leaves a lot to be desired, to take a bath, do not want to be sleep in it because it is very small. The toilet sinks without stopping once after firing the chase. Some may like the old-school but I will not leave 4 stars an establishment like this see attached pictures.

We ended our stay in Italy in this hotel for 2 days… It was enough! A 4 star which is only worth 2 or 3 Grand Max! A good point anyway… The location of the hotel allows to be at the claims and close to the station for this move very easily in the center of Naples! The reception is OK, and speaks in French too! The big downside: the soundproofing of the room (you hear everything that happens in the neighbor), plus the bed was really not comfortable! (mattress too thin and box spring too hard) Evil all over the clock! That is not all. After a good before noon visit and walk. We wanted a good cocktail at the pool… No Bowl for us… Swimming pool closed in May and bar not accessible before 5pm! However, this hotel offers a lot of service but inform you of the choice of your room (it must be more comfortable according to the price) and the month of the year. To have access to all their service! Do we have too much to taste the luxury of Sorrento before arriving in Naples? Dare I go back and not stay on a bad impression? Nothing is safe…

A beautiful hotel area Pozzuoli just outside Naples a structure immersed in greenery. Great food good service. Recommend.

Bel posto. Un po' isolato ma tranquillo. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Presenti anche le zanzariere alle finestre. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Unica pecca: un po fuori mano se sei a piedi.

The hotel itself is very cozy and very stylish. It is immersed in a green frame, has many common outdoor spaces, reserved parking, Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast. Possibility to do both half board and full board. Only flaw, it is little served by public transport and is far from the center. A few hundred meters away is the metro station, the only solution to get to the main attractions of the place.

Ideal Hotel to rest and avoid the busy centre of Naples.

Incompetent staff (Signora Fabiana) who can not even respond to emails in a courteous and professional…

I know him as a child I lived in front of the park is beautiful even the hotel I celebrated the communion of my son do not miss the opportunity to go there.

Very good location. Clean with good service. Breakfasts were very tasty.

The structure is immersed in a large green park and is equipped with every comfort. The rooms are large and well organized. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast great. Also recommended for families with children:)

The Hotel is located close enough to the center of Naples and it is kept and kept very carefully. Despite the overall positive evaluation I did not appreciate that to get to the rooms have to take advantage of corridors that communicate with the outside environment. (I was visiting in December and froze) Also, being in Naples, I would have also expected a little more originality and quality in the kitchen that was without infamy and without praise.

Hotel surrounded by greenery, situated on a small hill, overlooking the Gulf of Cumulus. Staff The rooms are very clean and they are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet with the best Neapolitan specialties. Free parking.

We spent 2 nights at Montespina and were delighted: very quiet establishment, a very spacious and comfortable room, an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. Really at the level of a 4 star!
It is located in the distance of the city of Naples (count one hour from the hotel to reach the historic centre by Metro with Line 2 from the car station). Small Tip If you arrive on foot: there is an elevator at the foot of the gate. Very convenient and enjoyable when you arrive from a day of walking in Naples!

Stayed there in September 2017. Excellent customer service. The young Lady Paula at the front desk accommodated us very well. Excellent service with a smile. Restaurant was also very nice and great prices as well. Definitely will return.

Out of the way hotel needs some tlc to smarten it up. TOURIST TAX CHARGED HERE! Some of the staff where really friendly.

We had 1 week holiday in this hotel. I like it. The staff kind and helpful. In my opinion they have to change something with the pool. Because the water was cold for me… I think if they heating a bit more guest coming outside and enjoying the cocktails or coffee there :) but anyway grazia for this time:)

Staff were fantastic, the pool was great and very family friendly. Some nightly family orientated activities would make it the best hotel/resort in Naples.

Eccentric, very quiet, with swimming pool, private parking, basic room a little small, ideal to visit the surroundings and enjoy the evening of the park enjoying its apero on the terrace.

Very nice hotel Located in a quiet park and with a nice pool, delightfully retro ambience.

Nice meal, kind staff and the facility was also very clean and well managed. Best place if you have a car. We could see the the night party at the pool and could see how locals enjoy it and also you can enjoy real Napolian firestone pizza at Vulcania with lower price nearby the hotel. It was an awesome experience to foreigners like me.

Quiet location surrounded by nature, but without a car is a problem reaching the Centre of Naples.

PRO: Close (driving distance) to Naples and Pozzuoli attractions. Large clean rooms. The pool was a huge positive after a day of travel/walking. CON: Not the place if you're looking to step out for some shopping/dining (it's on a hill and vicinity is not that great). Breakfast was so and so. Pool closes early + mandatory swimming caps even for the youngsters.
