By far my favorite hotel in Italy that we stayed at. Bedroom was very nice with blackout shutters, mini bar, safe, and a sturdy bed. My favorite part was the bathroom. The shower was big enough that my husband and I could shower together. Bathroom door was a sliding door and would not latch, kept sliding open. Room service was good, the pasta and steak didn't have much if any seasoning but the Tiramisu was heavenly. Breakfast is held on the roof, inside or outside, with a nice selection of food options. If you sit outside don't leave your food unattended as there are birds. Also only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station.

Lovely central hotel, close to train station, short distance to old city, port — enjoyed stay and breakfast on roof terrace is great.

Service: 5⭐ Great accommodating service. They offer valet parking of your car for 20 EUR pr night. Rooms: 4⭐ The interior of the room was nice and very modernly decorated. A remote control at the bed side to control everything about lightning. I really liked that the doors to the balcony were sound proof. We couldn't hear anything of the noise from the traffic when the doors were closed and the room were pitch black when the blinders were closed. It gave us a good opportunity to get a great night's sleep. Breakfast: 3 The breakfast were good with a wide selection of things to choose from, but I felt the quality of the items were low. Location: 5⭐ The hotel is perfectly located next to the railroad station with walking distance to most things you might wanna see. Can't miss this if you're planning on sightseeing in Naples.

Very clean room and nice shower room-close to alibus and shops-the Metro at the foot of the hotel-excellent and complete breakfast and very nice terrace-I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, perfectly located across plaza Garibaldi and the train station. Staff was friendly. Free internet included. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was included and was very complete and generous. Suggest asking to sit in the terrace overlooking the city.

For us to go back to one is always a pleasure. Design rooms, kindness of the staff and a great breakfast. It is in front of the station and now that there is the Metro that starts right in front of the hotel with two stops you are in the heart of Naples (Piazza plebiscite — via Toledo). But even starting to walk in a breath you get to the famous Soaccanapoli that just deserves a nice walk. Recommended.

Hotel that recently changed its name. From what I know this is a good structure full of comfort with adequate staff and height. Pretty good facility. Judgement: Good.

Stayed here for 10 nights. Situated five minutes from central train station and twenty five minutes walk to the ports for ferry services. Despite being in a very busy area the sound proofing in the room was brilliant. Great night's sleep. Bed comfy but maybe a bit too firm. Room spotless. Had superior room which included free mini bar so well worth the extra. The food included in the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for commuting around the area. It helped make a good holiday great.

Good location, nice rooms-right next to the metro and main train station. Plenty of food outlets close by that are open late. Couple of the streets just behind seemed a bit dodgy; best to be cautious. Street facing so could get noisy at night if you chose to leave the windows open.

Really close to Main station — very convenient but noisy street. If the windows are closed it is quiet in the room. Big bathroom, clean, air conditioning. Rooftop terrace with cool view over Naples! Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel located in the center of Naples with very friendly staff with impeccable guest room. Breakfast more than sufficient much choice. No noise despite car traffic.

Ok. Right in the city center very close to Metro Bus station for this easy move. Very clean. A bit noisy the city… in the evening.

Nice rooms but with poor heating and no extra padding etc. Breakfast was good, although little space inside, (raining). There were No coffee mugs and the ones that came clean were over in two seconds. The service ran from one side to the other. Throwing the leftovers on the floor, and colliding with each other. Very disorganized… Wifi bad…

Very cozy and centrally located. 80 rooms and a really professional and nice staff. Don't miss the roof garden with bar and restaurant.

Great Hotel, located right in front of Naples Central Station. Very comfortable for those who, like me, travel for work but also for those who want to visit Naples.

Excellent location… and good rooms. Clean… decent size. Restaurant food was very good. Heating inside the room and hot water in the tap was poor.

Great location, ideal place for train and metro. Modern hotel in a dated building. Comfortable and stylish. Friendly staff, happy to help, good local knowledge. Only down side is that the road outside got quite busy early morning, the car horns are almost continuous.

Goods as a group in this hotel. Absolutely great, very friendly staff, cleanliness very good. Room sizes good, bar and restaurant on the roof quite great. For this price including rich breakfast buffet almost not to be surpassed. If you are sensitive to noise, you should pack Ohropax or not travel to Naples, because in this city it is noisy everywhere!

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are a decent size as is the bathroom. The restaurant/bar is on the top floor and you can eat on the roof terrace. The hotel is situated right across from the railway/metro station which is very handy for getting to all the places like Pompei and Herculanium or further a field. Would defiantly stay here again but wouldn't hurry back to the city of Naples.

This rooftop terrace was an oasis from the chaos down below in the piazza. This is definitely the safest bar and restaurant in like a 10 block radius. Staying at the hotel across the piazza, a far cheaper location (nowhere near as nice as UNA), we were happy to find UNA for a late night cocktail, with a wide view of the city. Enjoyed the drinks and the vibe!

Strategic to visit the historical Center on foot, convenient for the proximity to the central station. Hospitality, availability and cleanliness of the house. I would definitely go back.

Hotel is stunning! Modern with a nice staff. The area is terrifying. Sketchy people lurking everywhere, and literally piles of garbage one must wade through (along with street vendors waving every sort of useless trinket in your face) before reaching the door. Don't plan to ever open the terrace doors, as the suspicious odor and deafening roar renders this impossible. Plans must now be changed, as being outside of the hotel after dark is clearly very dangerous. If I could post a picture of what is outside my window, no one would ever book here again.

The hotel is located in front of the train station. Our room is sound proof and light proof. Service us very good. Staff us very friendly. The only thing I didn't like is the smart TV is not that smart after all. No English speaking movie. No excess to Netflix except on lap top. I hope the management see this.

Great location right across from the subway station and just down the street from the train station. Right along some of the biggest downtown streets for easy access to shopping and the sights. Nice rooms with high ceilings and large, we'll furnished bathroom. Great restaurant with gorgeous rooftop patio. Staff was friendly and hotel room rates were reasonable. Recommend the Superior rooms or up as mini bar is included at no charge. The snacks and beverages were very welcome after long days of walking in Pompeii, climbing Vesuvius and seeing the sights. Highly recommended.

They did not help us and at least they have sin of kindness and hospitality that should distinguish the hoteliers. From London we had booked a room for one night paying certainly not little: 150 euros. Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon we realized that the reservation had been recorded for one person and not for two. At this point we were faced with a bad atteggiento: neither did they return the money back nor helped us to find a different solution in their hotel, forcing to roam around Naples looking for 1 other place to sleep… for another 150 euros. The worst of our experiences. Hotel Absolutely flunked!

Great hotel with friendly staff. They went all out to make us feel at home. Breakfast is excellent and rooms are big enough. And on top of it all you can choose your own pillow type for your comfort. The Hotel is also close to the main station and all shops and restaurants. They made our short stay worthwhile!

Unfortunately you can not walk at night outside because it is in a dangerous area for me at my age my parents would think everything would be good but this Africans because outside I find somehow uncomfortable.

Great Hotel luxury in the face of the station of Naples, executive Deluxe where we stayed 2 nights. Staff were exceptional, personal stories also. The breakfast is very diverse and very tasty. Good value for money.

A location close to the main train station and surrounded by lovely cafes and decent shopping. I walked everywhere and found it very easy to do so. The room I was in was very quiet and well equipped. The rooftop terrace is also worth a look. Enjoy!

The UNA is modern hotel with a lovely roof deck with a great view into the Old Town. The rooms are well appointed and the minibar is free (with a premium room). Walking to the Old Town will take around 20-30 minutes. The shutters on the windows keep out the heat of the sun, and you need it! The windows are solid construction and keep out most of the noise of the traffic and the pop-pop of an assistants pistol was barely audible as the Neapolitan's went about their business of murdering each other. I did have a grandstand view of a local underworld minor player getting shot in the chest. I was grateful of the upper story room to avoid any stray bullets! Remarkably the food in the restaurant was great, not something you find in a lot of hotels, and the staff were very helpful. Top Tip: Go for the better room/Wi-Fi inclusive/minibar inclusive plan worth it especially for a business trip.

At first we were a little worried about the location. One day later, we are very relaxed. Really friendly staff and a very helpful concierge got us up and walking to the old town. We are both in our late sixties so naturally were concerned, however we spent the day visiting Churches and museums in between coffee and a midday lunch Just across the road from the metro getting anywhere is going to be easy. Great breakfast at the hotel was included. Recommended.

I came to Napoli not without prejudice and a hint of paranoia suspecting pickpockets or someone planning on mugging us behind every dodgy street corner and even though these things may be around, a lot of my feeling was enforced solely by the facade of things, the rubbish lying around, the many street vendors and real dodgy looking areas as well as all the bad reviews I have read beforehand. In the end nothing at all happened (not even remotely) but I think if you keep your radar up and don't do anything foolish you'll be quite alright. I'm not saying don't be careful, just don't let fear ruin your stay, then rather not stay at all. At UNA Hotel you have not much choice, once you leave the hotel you're in one of the busiest areas around town close to the train station with a lot of people hanging around, trying to sell things or actually living on the streets but you're also perfectly located to get around. The train (Circumvesuvia and the Metro) are a stone throw away, which is perfect to visit other parts of the city or go out of town, in 20-30 minutes you're in the port area with the Dom, cafés and shopping and of course super close to many of Napoli's fantastic pizza places (Da Michele is literally 5 minutes away). The hotel itself is great, the lobby is modern business hotel franchise like and so are the rooms, even though they're definitely a class higher.

It's so clean, comfortable and near by the Central station. It's so cheap nevertheless its grade. I recommend this hotel if you visit Naples.

Perfect central position in Naples; excellent service, very friendly, rooms perfect.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Make sure you get Wi-Fi included. We got upgraded to superior room and were able to watch a storm and rainbow from the balcony. Also great view of the gariboldi station construction site.
