The lean s in Naples, is an institution. You eat really well, rooms comfortable, location excellent, and important thing. Parking also for bus. (I am the driver of the bus, gt). Very friendly staff. Straconsigliato.

Really good hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Staying here for 9 days, we got upgraded from basic to suite for free. The only downside of it, is the location — no supermarkets nearby and it's kind of ghetto'ish.

We had dinner here last night and one of the worst meals I’ve had. I ordered a 500g T-Bone Steak on the BBQ. I got a 200g minute steak that was over cooked and disgusting with stone cold potatoes and cold vegetables. I wouldn’t eat it so decided to just not eat dinner at all. The staff couldn’t understand me so in the end I had the receptionist, restaurant manager and chef all stood around me trying to argue with me. There is nothing 4* about this hotel, it’s awful!

I stayed in this hotel for work, I confirm positive opinions of the customers, comfortable bed, very clean and very helpful staff. A show in the outdoor garden with the possibility to dine in a magical atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Good meeting point less than 1 km from Naples Central Station, spacious, modern and well-furnished rooms. Garden for cocktails with Live music, competent staff, good cuisine with well-made and tasty dishes, abundant and varied intercontinental breakfast. Walk from Naples Central Station in less than 15 minutes.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms and hotel environments well kept. Very cozy outdoor garden. Great for family events.

Reception and room very good, but restaurant of a very low level for a 4 star. Following a reception for a baptism, we were neglected by the service. No time to choose our menu, oriented to a dish served at the go fast and not good. (no time to look after us)

Hotel is good, but it's located in dirty industrial district. No good cafes, restaurant s or even supermarkets around. Real slums. The hotel seems to be an oasis.

Their location is a huge negative. And their service leaves a lot to be desired. The shuttle service in the evening, with an amiable driver, is very helpful, though.

Laborious breakfast for a 4-star hotel.

To flee as soon as possible! A shame, no air conditioning in the room. Friendly restaurant staff like prison doors. I'll never come back.

Enviable location, 1700meters from the train station, single room not huge but well taken care of and clean.

I was only one night, they treated me as if I were at home, the room: clean spacious and well furnished; The reception: friendly and very professional; The bar service for breakfast and excellent buffet service; Cleaning service in the room I didn't get to meet them but saw how I received my room working with commitment and seriousness.
Give 10 no need, instead you need to come and enjoy the city of Naples and the relaxation of this hotel.

Yes the area is what it is but in the evening the shuttle works perfectly at 20.30, 21.30, 22.30 and 23.30 the last one is guaranteed if some fail to get into the bus because it is full it returns to pick you up later and during the day no problem to reach with a few minutes of walking on the one hand the very comfortable line 2 Gianturco that leads to the center of Naples and on the other the Circunvesuviana always Gianturco to go to Herculaneum, Pompeii, Sorrento etc. So the hotel is super comfortable also to visit Naples and its surroundings. I add the 3 and a half on trip is very narrow if you evaluate only the hotel, the staff is very nice and from all the information necessary to visit Naples and its surroundings, the room (at least our quadruple) was beautiful clean space and with space shower changecolor, the breakfast with sweet and salty was phenomenal and the dining staff is also ready to make you coffee or anything apart if you don't want to use the machine. If I were to return to Naples one day I would have no doubt this hotel despite the area where it is located is fine! Congratulations and thank you for everything.

Look elsewhere! Let me start by saying we are not stuck up travelers, we like all experiences & can make the most of any situation, with that being said, avoid this place. The rooms aren't bad, decent amenities & comfort. Modern renovations made it a decent sleep & aesthetically pleasing. But the hotel is not in a good part of town. Naples isn't a bad city but the area is super dirty. Trash everywhere… seriously, everywhere. I walked into town, which is about 20 minutes, and it's all through the industrial part of town. The staff was friendly in regards to smiling & acting pleasant, but they weren't great. We checked in & they gave us a room that was still dirty. Not a big deal, we brushed it off. Second room was right by the workout room & our room had a loud rattle in the vents… ALL DAY & NIGHT. We requested a different room & they said no, and they'd send a maintenance guy up right away. He was in there for maybe 1 minute, didn't look at the vent/noise & just told us it was fine. Kinda weird. The hotel was not at all busy & they easily could have moved us to a new room, but no. My girlfriend had been sick for a couple days & wasn't able to move much from the bed, so I asked the receptionist if she could order us some pizza or anything delivery… once again, just no. Said we couldn't bring in any outside food, which i've never heard of. Upon requesting room service around 6pm they said it wasn't open until 7pm.

Good 4star hotel but located in a not posh merchant district, even if not so far from Napoli Central station.

I wouldn't call this hotel four star when it comes to the rooms. Appearance four star. Arrived in the room to find the bathroom smelt of the sewers and fridge not working. Bathroom had a cracked sink and bath, limescaled tap and sprayed water directly on you when turned on. Shower functioned perfectly well. No tea and coffee facilities and all drinks at breakfast seemed watered down. Not impressed really though the room was spacious and beds comfortable. One small tube of shampoo provided for three people in bathroom which wasn't adequate. Near to the station in a scruffy industrial area.

Good room, good service, good courtesy of the staff, good breakfast… It is not far from the central station, easily accessible even on foot, however the only flaw of this hotel is that it is located in a very neglected area of Naples, completely dominated area of Chinese activity and nothing else…

It is now, for almost 4 years, my point of reference for the stay in Naples. The location The parking and the staff are very nice.

I had a great time, the breakfast was vast of choice and of excellent quality. In the room I found perfect the comfort of the beds and fantastic the staff, always smiling, kind and helpful still staying very professional!

We went 3 days to Napels and we wanted a good hotel and not to expensive, so we chose this one. We read the reviews that it was situated in a ''bad'' neighbourhood, but that is OK. We checked in an checked out our room. Big room, with (hard) kingsize bed and a small bathroom. We only got warm water in the evening but in the morning we've got Icecold water. No bath, just a shower. Keep in mind this is a 4* hotel. We wondered form that moment how on earth this hotel gets 4*. The breakfast is Ok, croissants, pizza, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, juice. Everything is there. Staff refills the food and especially the juice slow and isn't very friendly. One day we went to Naples and had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was in one word HORRIBLE. I had carpaccio as starter, just as my friend and it was real good and 4* worthy. So I picked the mixed fish grill as main and everything about is was wrong. The vegetables were cold, squid was certainly overcooked, prawn were cold and had the intestines still in them and the other fish tasted so fishy it wasn't fresh and eatable anymore. My friend got the steak and they didn't ask how he wanted him. He got him medium, close to well done and it was chewy and horrible. I sent my dish back to the kitchen and they asked if I wanted a new one. No but I liked something else. So she (her English was terrible) recommended the caprese, I already had a starter! So I chose chicken but it was out of stock. Just like everything else.

Frendly, hospitality, very good stuff, cleaning, good location near to highweay and centar and porto…

The rooms and facilities are very nice. We were without water the first day, but the problem was resolved within 24 hours.

Disappointing Neighborhood Restaurant.

Best thing about the hotel, the employees. Very clean and neat. All is well. 300 m from the metro. A great stay.
