Strategic location a stone's throw from the center and the station. Rooms equipped with all the comforts and clean. Great service.

Clean but very basic. Noisy at night. Beside the station so convenient for onwards travel.

Rooms are clean (But the AC in my room seems not working) Breakfast, average. Service, average — they did not explain things about the hotel like what floor was my room unless I ask it nor what time was the breakfast and the time of the check out. They just asked for my documents, registered me and gave me my keys and said the number of the room and afterwards, nothing. I think its needed in every Hotel. Location is ok, lots of homeless people nearby but then, it is near the train station. Lots of good restaurants too.

We spent 4 nights in the Hotel and were absolutely satisfied. The room was clean and new renovated. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. raccomandabile!

Location was convenient. Room was nicely upgraded. Minimal breakfast selection and the coffee from the machine tastes like soured milk. Could not drink the coffee it was so bad and tried multiple different ones, all were bad. Milk for cereal was warm. Do not recommend paying the extra fee for breakfast.

Elevator-free building, steep and narrow staircases, access to the second floor to the limit of dangerousness. Basic room. Good breakfast service.

Quality price is ok to spend little time in the city. Very central, next to the metro and train. The room has air conditioning, a safety deposit box and daily towel change. The hotel's restaurant is missing. Not recommended.

Not bad. Good location. Too bad no one told us there is no lift and up 2 floors with suitcases with 60 years not nice Carlos from Argentina.

First year that I was there I was well and I talk about 5 years ago. Now the rooms upgraded to new however x what I paid i. E. Two nights I expected at least one higher room since when booking the pictures of the room were completely different.

Very strategic location near the station. Clean rooms, bathroom in my room lacks the bidet and the sink is in the room. Fabulous shower. Good breakfast.

The rooms are very small and they are very nice. No wardrobe or minibar on the other hand there is the air conditioner a working safe Wi-Fi and a good 15 "of TV. Clean and friendly staff but the lack of a lift hall and the narrow and steep stairs are not comfortable. Decent breakfast set reduced to minimum.

Very good value for money, breakfast without sausages or bacon but with healthy choices. No elevator, 2 floors, no minibar. Very clean and friendly staff.

It is a sufficiently comfortable hotel. Very convenient to the location close to the central station and the Metro. However a three star should be more cared for and have more services. Good breakfast.

Quadruple room on the 4 floor with fridge… sofa… and table with chairs. All brand new. Also equipped with a kitchenette and with a small contribution give a kit for the preparation of food. Front Termini station with Metro Bus and trains at your fingertips. There's a supermarket in front. Staff.
Only downside the water not really hot. But maybe X l water have already provided.

Walls were thin, breakfast wasn't as great, room was cold in the winter, hotel amenities sucked… I am only giving this 2 stars because I read that the internet was only available in the lobby. Apparently this is false because the room I stayed at had Wi-Fi in room no problem. If you have to stay here, I recommend getting the biggest room if it's more than one person because it has a balcony and hopefully it's warm when you're here.

Very bad hotel, box type rooms, very bad shower with water stagnant while showering. No lifts. The pics are very misleading, looks like 3 star in them but in reality its a 1 star, left my wife with bed bug bites. I'd strongly advise to please avoid…

Worst hotel ever! The roof has holes in it, the floor was dirty. The hall was in the middle of construction. I don't recommend it, is not safe.

The hotel has renovated rooms and is very clean for this 3 star in relation to the honest price. Certainly at least a sceivania Potrebbermo put it if not with the Wi fi the PC you do not know where to put it. Breakfast nothing but not miore of hunger.

The best thing of this hotel is the easy access to the train station. Price is also affordable.

The Garibaldi area is quite bad, and the hotel does not do much to deviate from the thing. Remarkably cheap and really very close to the station. There are no other possible reasons to choose it as a stay, tiny rooms, rowdy clientele. Cleanliness in the standard.

This hotel is ideally located near the train station which is ideal for a tourist. There are good cafe's, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole hotel is cleaned regularly and very well looked after. The staff are quite friendly and courteous to their guests, they are always very busy, but will find time to help you with any questions or to offer advice. A good variety of breakfast buffet options are available as part of the stay. However, we did face a lot of difficulties with the hotel after a confusion over our reservation — they don't do twin rooms, only doubles! The Wi-Fi is only available in the "reading room", it does not reach any other part of the hotel. This is a huge inconvenience when planning trips, getting maps or even staying in contact with family at home. There is currently building work going on throughout the hotel which I am hoping will improve the service. The building work caused a few power cuts — disrupting the equipment, provisions and the Wi-Fi. But the builders were respectful to guests, they worked within sensible hours and were not disruptive to us. I hope the building work proves beneficial.

Located in an old palace in the midst of busy Piazza Garibaldi. Ideal for explorers who travel by train. Excellent links to Pompeii and the rest of Italy from your doorstep, as well as Naples "Metropoletana" (Underground). Fresh pastries with breakfast, cosy bar and reading room with free Wi-Fi and travellers from all nationalities and walks of life, which makes every night a unique one. The rooms are basic, but the staff is attentive and accomodating… no lift, so be ready to work those legs! But again, this is a common occurence in Campania and a little price to pay to stay in such a stunning old building.

Back from a few days from a holiday in beautiful Naples, I stayed with my family at this hotel. The structure is under renovation so we found small issues but no big deal. The problem was with the breakfast, very poor and low quality, with the service staff very rude. I would like to point out that other people have also found the same problems.

The hotel is comfortable, clean it's not bad for a three star hotel.

Close to the station, located in Garibaldi square. Quite old but the room was clean and the staff are friendly and polite.

Good location friendly staff good hygiene presenting the breakfast the hotel is under renovation but there are hardships for the customer.

Good value for money. Full breakfast. Very good service at the reception of the hotel. Convenient location to take collective from Piazza garibaldi. Very small room.

In terms of location and price, forgive the shortcomings for service and poor hygiene.

Hotel ideal is situated in a great location close to Napoli centrale railway station, nearby there are many buses that connect the various parts of the city (to visit) and vesuvian municipalities. It's not bad to be a 3 stars indeed. And near the hotel I can recommend the restaurant pizzeria "La Brace" located in via Silvio Spaventa. Go for it I would recommend them both.

Bathroom to review. Cleaning the room acceptable although the contour (stairs/reception. ) left to think of something horrible. Great location.

Budget hotel. Room for 3 is great. Breakfast could be more decent.

We were already back there, unfortunately only a week. Even if it was September, we were excited as always! Recreation, relaxation and an excellent service in this OASIS. One thing for sure come back next year (2012) we and our dog! Soon we can celebrate the ten-year, this hotel is simply addictive. ;) In this way a big thank you to the management and staff. The receptionist was friendly and always helpful, the reception area nice and clean. Great location with direct access to the Naples main station and a bus station directly infront of the hotel — the square was a mess at that time (summer 2009) due to extending construction work. Our room was small (no space for my bags even, though I think way smaller than the rest of the rooms) and the bed seemed cheap (again unlike the beds I saw in other rooms) and — consequently — broke. The breakfast buffet offered little variety and was of a bad quality overall. For what I paid (40€ per night for two persons) it was absolutely worth it.

We were many times in the hotel "IDEAL" and have booked again for 2011. At this hotel, the name is program. We are looking forward already to the summer.

Again and again, the recovery at the end of the summer! Just a taste of mountain and sea air. Absolutely quiet, the atmosphere almost can't be topped. Very clean, friendly staff, there remains no concern, menu leaves no trick, even the dining room has been contained because of the original noise. This winter, the indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium for a wellness oasis are converted. I am already full of impatience on 2011. Even the dog lovers enjoy a product. Limone here we come.

As already mentioned, we were ideal in may, again for a few days in the hotel. I think it is getting better year after year. The range of appetizers, breakfast buffet, salad buffet. Has also expanded. This hotel is really just perfect! In a few days (well 18 days) it is happening again. Lime we get and the last not sure time.

We spent 8 days at the hotel ideal. The location and the comfort of the rooms were really excellent. The staff at the hotel is really charming. The manager is in the small care with his clients. An urgently recommended address.

The central square of the city. Railway Station. Hundreds tourist buses. Thousands immigrants from africa. Hundreds police cars and buses. This is the place where the hotel is situated. I had a reserved and paid room, but right after visiting reception I took my luggage and went (I was there by car) to Vesuvio Park, where I took bed&breakfast for just 70 euros and was happy to sleep tight, to breathe fresh air and to see wonderful landscape.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2007. Оправдывает its three stars : Breakfast is absolutely of the same type (coffee, cereals, sausage, cheese, butter, bread rolls Rooms on the 2nd floor (in our 3) are small. So ask at 1 (2) — there are less spacious. The staff, the restaurant features a wonderful girl Kristina from Ukraine will always answer questions and give advice! The lobby is quite малюсенький. Коридоры very narrow. Very good location : 200 metres railway station, opposite the hotel, a bus stop of urban and intercity (Sorrento, Pompeii, etc), many restaurants around and кафешек.
