Last May 27th I celebrated my son's First Communion at this property, my husband and I decided to invite our friends and family for a day of celebration.
The premise is that: the standard lunch they propose for this type of ceremony and 45 euros per person, ranging from the outdoor buffet of fried, more appetizer, two first, a second, sweet and fruit, more wine, water and coke (on tap).
I, for inserting cheeses, Paid 5 euros more per person for a total of 50 euros. So far nothing strange, they are in the norm of so many restaurants.
The colossal rip-off is that in the dishes they put almost nothing and what you need even a kitchen scum would do worse, much from the crap.
I post the photo of the appetizer, because it is the only one I have; it speaks for itself.
I had ordered a crispy vegetable lasagna that the "chef" (mah! chef …) served it with 6 layers of pasta one stuck on top of the other to form a single hard, inedible cord.
The seasonal vegetables are those cubes that you see in the appetizer (if you see them…), the same ones that they used in the lasagna and in the side dish of the meat, in the exact amount.
Dulcis in fundo, a cake for 40 people weighing up to 2 kg, therefore 50 grams. The waitress thought she'd bring a good chunk of it in to the kitchen and if that wasn't enough, out of 40 lemon delights, the only edible thing of all lunch, which I had bought, at the Chantilly bakery in Belvedere took 6, without even asking permission.
If you ever want to throw your money away from Mcdonald's and not To Morella, you'll look better. I have paid the full amount and I am still waiting for them to call me for a refund.
