The staff are very freindly and helpful. The view from the rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is excellent and incuded in the price of the room. Situated for a great stay in Positano. Very enjoyable stay.

Hotel is very nice and lovely with decorations and room layouts. Located very near to positano beach. The highligh is the view from balcony that is so amazing, the breakfast is great. I love everything about Sovoia hotel if I have a chance I would come back to stay again for sure.

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location, beautiful rooms and the friendliest, most helpful staff. If I’m lucky enough to return to Positano I know exactly where to stay. Can’t thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's a slightly busy street but a few minutes from the downhill beach area where cars aren't allowed. That's where everyone spends their days. The breakfast was included but nothing particularly good. The Wi-Fi was garbage with a complicated log in which boots you all the time. This was particularly frustrating since the cell signals aren't the best in Positono. The rooms were nice. Ours was actually huge but the downside was the room never got cold from the A/C unit. The bathrooms were also great but the showers, like most in Europe are strange. The water pressure is incredible but the tub only has 1/3 of it covered in glass so water will fly everywhere if you attempt to actually use the shower. You'll need to use a lower pressure, but it's still good. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. They provide umbrellas and beach towels in case you need them. They do not have irons or ironing boards though, so that may be an issue for some.

The hotel is in a great location. It is only 200 meters from the centre and has a garage contracted on demand. The staff is very courteous, the room spacious and clean, with stunning views of the Positano sea. Even the (international) breakfast was more than plentiful with a wide choice from sweet to salty. Recommended to everyone!

Decent hotel, pleasant service.

Just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay. Located in an excellent position, just a short walk to the main Positano beach. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. Breakfast was superb, the hotel was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Hotel was in a great location, just a block away from where the center starts. They let us check in early. Rooms were a good size for the area. We enjoyed our stay here. The city is difficult to walk around on the streets. The city center and the beach can all the accomplished in one day.

Great boutique hotel, okay breakfast you need to bring your luggage up from the sea port, or you can use a porter check Cass e bottega for healthy tasty breakfast and lunch.

Hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful and spoke English. The hotel interior is beautiful with elegantly decorated ceramic and amazing tile. Our room had a stand up shower and also had a bidet. Our room looked over into the cove with amazing 180° views of the town and cove below. The beach, shopping and eateries were within 5min walk down the cobblestone paved streets.

The staff answers room calls very quickly, clean and updated rooms.

I do not accept that a Hotel in the south is called Savoy sincerely.

Very good hotel very helpful staff and good breakfast, stayed in a nice room at third floor qardruple bedroom with big family bathroom and mountain view from the balcony is very nice close to the beech. Please wear trainer's every where you go is uphill or downhill.

We stayed in Positano for my wifes sisters wedding, we are australians. Our booking was placed 4 months in advance. Our room was infested with ants hours after our arrival and the hotel refused to compensate us for the problem. Our expensive organic skin care and shampoos were ruined. We shared our bed with ants for two nights. After intense negotiations, we were offered a smaller room with a single bed for the price of two people. Sharing a single bed is not an option when you are paying 600 euro and per person. Service was so bad we moved hotels after speaking with employees. We paid to cover the nights we stayed and everything seemed to be okay on check out. Apparently not, and shortly after Hotel Savoia contacted my wifes sisters wedding planner and threatened to cancel the wedding by sending local police to recover the money for the full stay (the nights we didnt sleep in the hotel). This tension caused a complete family breakdown TWO HOURS before the wedding. We were harassed on facebook by family members of Savoia as a result of panic we were forced to pay. The day after the wedding we spoke with Federal and Local police who informed us that there was no legtimacy for them to recover the funds in such a way. Since this stunt, we have had serious family issues. Hotel Savoia are a bunch of criminals and I stronglt recommend not staying there in future. We spent 2 nights in La Bizante in PERFECT accomodation with beyond excellent service and room.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient part of town. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lovely assortment. The staff are all very pleasant and most accommodating. Would love to return.

We stayed for two nights and was very pleased with the overall experience. Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff, and excellent location in Positano only a few minutes walk down to the beach. Thank you so much for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here last week. Clean, bright, spacious rooms with beautiful views. We were lucky enough to have a suite with 3 balcony's and stunning views. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety. It is a short walk from the beach and ferries with restaurants and shopping all around. We will for sure be back to visit this town and hotel.

Lovely hotel with warm and friendly staff and excellent location. 1st floor cafe and lounge is a bonus. Rooms are clean and bright. I would recommend this hotel!

We just left our stay there and it is such a wonderful hotel. It is family operated & everyone went soo far out of their way to make our stay wonderful… from getting us a dinner reservation overlooking the water, food recommendations, going above and beyond for my sons gluten allergy & helping us with getting back to where we needed to go! Exceptional hotel and we can not wait to return!

Wonderful Hotel. We booked on booking a quadruple room for one night.
Friendly staff, hotel cared in detail and detail. Very large room with two double beds, clean, with two windows and a small balcony overlooking Positano. Good breakfast Recommended!

Situated in an exceptional location … A little dated for some things and for some services like WI FI not available in the hotel rooms and doors a little old … While the rest as the shampoo available is very good … Super friendly staff and great … Still would go back with your eyes closed.

8 min walk from harbour. Very cute rooms with a nice balcony. Free beach towels! They included a free bottle of sparkling wine for honeymoon! Staff was very friendly and made good local recommendation for dinner at La Terra.

A Great place to enjoy lovely Positano at a reasonable price! I recommend staying more than 2 nights. Breakfast is also delicious.

Great hotel located on the main drag in Positano. The rooms are of a decent size, with some having terraces. The breakfast is very tasty. The bar area is also very nice for relaxing in the afternoon/evening. The location is walkable to the main sights in Positano, and public transportation is easily accessible.

This was our second stop on our honeymoon. We hit Florence first, and Rome third, but my husband and I both agreed Positano was the most amazing place we have ever been. I can not say enough good things about Hotel Savoia. It is in a great location, it is very clean, bright, the rooms are decently sized with a large bathroom, spa tub, A/C, hair dryer, laundry service, complimentary breakfast (that was really tasty! ) and the staff is SO friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here, it was such an amazing time.
