I was at the village "Le Muse" from 29/7 to 19/8.
The village is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery, well looked after and is directly on the sea. Accommodation is comfortable; ours was a two-bedroom apartment and the sofa bed arranged in the kitchen. The outer veranda is quite wide and partially shaded.
The stretch of sea is among the most beautiful in Italy, almost always clean and the colors are spectacular.
Unfortunately some situations have puzzled me, you see the "unwieldy" presence of ants that resist poison and traps…
And what about the convenience store inside the village! A cry… even lacked basic necessities! Often you could find neither bread nor milk… I thought I was a "miracle" when I could find half a kilo of bananas!
As for the animation (run by villages & tribes), I think it's quite a gamble to entrust the village to a group of guys who, for the most part, were at their first experience in this area. Some of them even seemed to be "scared" and to have a real idiosyncrasy towards this job!
Anyway, in general mediocrity, some of these guys have entered our hearts…
Three out of all:
Alexander… as a true Neapolitan (and vomerese doc), he still managed to snatch a smile from you with his brazenness and sympathy.
Abram… a real perpetual motion. Tireless, inexhaustible and always with a smile on your lips.
Finally Giulia… the true soul of the village. Beautiful and very good, she's a girl who has the sun inside. Whether it's a card tournament… of a game of beach volleyball… or just a chat… you can never say no to her! Our holiday remains unforgettable especially thanks to her!
Pulling the strings, it is a village that I would recommend to those who do not have great pretension and want to spend a holiday in the name of relaxation and clean sea.
