Beautiful Resort, equipped with all comforts. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful. The animation guys are great and professional. Excellent also the food served in a very large restaurant. Highly recommended.

We returned yesterday after a week beautiful structure but absolutely not 4 stars … bad cuisine especially The first courses cooked pasta hours and hours before without flavor and cold raw sauce … the reception staff not organized and not friendly the cleanliness of the rooms we do not talk about it at all … animation very kind and quite good! disorganization in the hall do not respect anti-covid rules full theater all one attached to the other without respecting the distances … and without a mask! … top room staff… the first thing I would change is the Director… to return to this village!

Beautiful property close to the water park extra reason to go there. Very nice animators marco in particular. Always smiling even if tired. Professional. The strengths of this village are definitely animation and cleanliness. Great as it is, village always clean. I have an eight-month-old baby so I needed a lot of bottle. Very equipped, I found everything, for availability of products. I found a girl, Marilisa sweet and helpful that if she hadn't been there I wouldn't have found it to eat my son. He was there for help, but he is. How there had not been I saw only her shrewd at everything.

We were on holiday for a week at the Itaca village.
