Beautiful place the hotel is perfect as the staff: welcoming, professional, kind and helpful. The animation is composed of fantastic kids who have passion and put their heart into what they do, a lot they do not only for adults but give so much and with love even to children making the stay cheerful and carefree, you are magnificent!. The shuttle service, to the sea (magnificent, enchanting, with breathtaking scenery), is perfect with super and helpful staff. The hotel's cuisine is great, Good food: fresh, plentiful and wide choice, during my stay I found nothing to complain about. Not to mention the staff: so much friendliness, seriousness, professionalism but above all able to make you feel at home. Two suggestions I feel to give are first to equip the hotel with bathroom rooms equipped for disabled people.
Personally, I had difficulties that I was able to overcome with the help of my wife. I would like to say, however, that the inconvenience is not to blame for the reception staff, taking into account the fact that we were given a gift and therefore at the time of booking they definitely forgot to ask for this particular.
Second tip is to create a more comfortable passageway for access to the spa since from the inside for wheelchair holders it is unreachable, due to the presence of steps between the corridor of the rooms area to the corridor leading to the elevator Spa.
