The structure is made up of some masonry buildings, each with an external space.
The garden and the view are beautiful and the internal division is convenient, with the bedroom separated from the kitchen area.
What needs to be improved, in my opinion, is the supply of sheets (they are polyester and not cotton and therefore not very comfortable) and towels which are really dated, lack of lighting on the sign (upon arrival you pass by, and lack of lights from the car park car in the driveway) ; the residence would also need maintenance: kitchen drawer unglued, lack of bidet cover, ruined bathroom door.

It was a wonderful time. Top location Tropea and the most beautiful beaches are all within walking distance.
There is a great parking space for the car.
The complex is very well maintained and our holiday apartment was on the upper floor with a view of the sea and when visibility was good you could see Stromboli.
From the terrace you could look out over the beautiful garden.
The apartment was very clean.
It was a very pleasant environment and the owner was super nice and helpful.
Communicating in English or hand and foot is no problem ;).

We stayed in this very pleasant property in Parghelia, a few kilometers from Tropea, in the first fifteen days of September. And we really had a great time. The recently renovated accommodations are pleasant with independent patio or terrace, personal barbecue, Jacuzzi tub and lots of well-kept greenery which allows you to enjoy fantastic peace and relaxation. Deus ex Machina of all this DEAR AND VERY KIND Mrs IVANA who with great kindness and confidentiality is always ready to satisfy the requests of her guests. HER BEAUTIFUL FAMILY welcomed us with such joviality and generosity and we will ALWAYS keep ALIVE the memory of this splendid Calabrian holiday, which we will has allowed us to expand OUR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS.
Highly recommended given the favorable location of the structure which allows you to quickly reach all the seaside and social LOCATIONS of the splendid COSTA DEGLI DEI. I wish the whole family much prosperity while waiting to be able to ENJOY this Calabrian enchantment AGAIN!
