Major renovation of the property. The rooms are complete and functional. Very helpful owners, they give you all the necessary information, upon arrival they send you messages where they give you all the information and also indicate various restaurants, pubs etc. Where you can go to eat, I travel around a lot and I must say that I have never found a B&B so full of things to eat and drink and always free to use.
Congratulations to the management, I highly recommend it!

I returned to Palazzo Samà after a year. It proves to be a fantastic place to stay. This time I slept in a different room from the first time but just as beautiful, with a quiet view of the interior and sunny. Very comfortable bed and pillows just like at home. The owner is full of attention, from the breakfast with fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee, croissants and juices to the bottle of water in the room. Also always available to provide advice. I didn't encounter any difficulties with parking and it is located in an excellent position, near the center of Catanzaro. It's a place to return to.

4 of 5. The accommodations were clean and tidy. There was a brief communication issue to get access, but the neighbor helped us phone the owner. This property was centrally located and easy to find.
The owner provided fresh croissants for breakfast with fresh fruits.

The place is gorgeous, it has its character — you can feel it once you enter the house.
Everything is clean and well maintained, you can see that Salvatore (very thoughtful and amiable, thank you for such hospitality) put his heart in it. You have everything you need in the room and can have a nice rest as the neighbourhood is very quite.
A very nice bonus — little snacks (fruit, yogurt, biscuits) in the kitchen and a small breakfast (coffee and croissant) in the bar next to the place — so you can fully feel the Italian vibe!

Lovely place to be，every single thing you could think, they all have here.
Location easy access, had supermarket next door and bar open.
Also at backyard had beautiful cat can be your friend, please bring some cat food for those lovely cats.

My fiancé and I stayed at Palazzo Samà for 7 nights during the summer holidays. We immediately felt at home, thanks to the caring welcome of Luciana and her brother Salvatore, who are exquisite people and filled us with attention every day with fresh fruit, typical cheese, snacks and any advice about our stay in Calabria. The room was comfortable and always cleaned with care. It was possible to take advantage of the shared kitchen to prepare a packed lunch or store your own food, always with great attention given the Covid situation. We were also able to take advantage of the private parking in front of the property and breakfast at the bar under the house, where we were reserved the croissants we preferred.
What about… Over-recommended stay and the merit is all about the genuineness and courtesy of the owners. Keep it up! ❤️❤️
