The "restaurant" leaves much to be desired. Highly rude and unprepared staff, slow service. I strongly advise thning ying.

Lovely place super nice and clean staff very professional and kind catering more than great. Then what about the beautiful Caribbean sea but the thing I liked most to have breakfast on the veranda of the restaurant with a super delicious cappuccino made by Mr. Saverio also very courteous and professional I recommend this village to spend a super holiday.

What about this beautiful village where we spent the last weekend of September: everything perfect from the reception to the cleanliness of the rooms, respected Covid regulations, beach a step away from the rooms and swimming pool reachable by shuttle service. Beautiful sandy beach, all surrounded by greenery but the highlight is the restaurant where we ate very well and abundantly and above all the waiters Domenico and Max very helpful and always kind. We felt pampered and my 5 year old son was always satisfied with the requests for meals off the menu. The calabrian welcome and kindness will definitely bring us back next year. Congratulations to everyone.

Beautiful village overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Capo Vaticano. Very nice staff Really nice especially The guys in the bar and the hostesses of the reception. Their courtesy and availability are allowed us to live a truly unique and carefree holiday. Anti-covid measures have been complied with.

Staff always helpful and courteous the place nice and cleansed.

The beautiful village, the staff were very wonderful place.

We stayed in this village 1 week. What about something simply wonderful, beautiful location, great food and 2 steps from the sea. Very professional staff, a special eulogy in the room is for Demetrio who pampered us all week. I highly recommend it!

I came back a few hours ago…
I'm very happy of the structure (new). Sea paradise. Staff friendly and efficient. Bartenders knowledgeable, the waiters very polite. Food very good and varied. Maybe we should do something more for the animation
However, overall it is a great place to relax and feel you are in another planet. Happy holidays to those who choose.

Let's start with the staff who work in the place: very unpleasant people and if you ask them something they respond listlessly.
The restaurant has good food but the waiters are rude and if you ask for something they pretend to listen to you and then not answer you.
The sea is very nice and well equipped.
The rooms are not clean but also well equipped and welcoming.
The club animation cute but too petulant.
The games and shows they create are for kids; so if you're a teenager or a young kid choose another place to vacation.
Very nice pool.
The gym and sauna are nice.

Location, cleaning, care of the green areas, fantastic sea, good food and all the staff are polite and helpful.

A bit crowded in August, but still livable especially if in the high area of the umbrellas, very nice sea, degrades immediately and therefore not suitable for the running of children on the beach. Discreet, non-invasive animation and good education in general. The villas outside the village are comfortable despite the distance. Recommended.

Unsurpassed in the area for the rudeness of the room manager and for the filthy bathroom for customers (for a fee if you don't get and get given the key). We were eating at Eden restaurant today, Tuesday 21 August for lunch. As soon as we set foot in the restaurant (not yet seated), the manager of the room greets us rudely telling us to put the T-shirts to the girls (6 years old) who being a restaurant on the beach had entered into swimsuit (That Indecency! Two 6-year-old girls in swimsuits on the beach at noon! ). Poor food and little tasty and absolutely expensive with respect to quality! Finally one of the girls needs to go to the bathroom, I accompany her and I see that it is closed and you have to pay to be able to access, indignant I go to the bar to claim access to the bathroom for free and give me the key, unfortunately I can not use it (even less with a girl) not to risk taking a serious illness: excrement and blood in addition to the smell that I let you imagine all over the floor and the toilet. I go back to the table (without being able to use the bathroom) and when the room manager brings us the bill, I complain about the indecency of the bathroom, especially taking into account that he had been so attentive to the decency of his clients' clothes.

We stayed at the Venue for one week in August. Coming from Australia we were not sure on what would await us. Our apartment had air conditioning and was roomy for us, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment although was dirty. The kitchen was filthy, infact I refused to cook for our entire stay, as I was not prepared to go out shopping for cleaning products. The apartment also had a major ant problem. The resort is clean and tidy on the grounds. The dining area is great also. They have something like a kids club which lacks organization. There is no timetable of activities as such, but at night they provide entertainment. They had a body painting morning, but they failed to advise that the paint stains and does Not come out of clothing The beach area is ok. The beach late morning tends to get very dirty, we even saw a sanitary pad in the water. The guests on the beach can smoke and also bring pets. The most disappointing factor at the resort has to be the customer service at reception. The young short haired girl is abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She talks over you and is off putting. I did not appreciate being spoken to like I was an idiot. Based on this we would not return for a holiday at Eden.

Beautiful facility, close to the sea that is gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, cleaned every day in an excellent way. Great food and quality. What is left to me in the heart is the dining staff… all very professional, competent and available. A big thank you to Demetrius, Elizabeth, Easter, and Christian Gregory. ❤️

Beautiful place, nice environment, staff in the room kind and helpful, The guys of the animation were able to entertain without being intrusive, always cheerful and ready to entertain you, we made half board : we ate very well, I buffett of breakfast and hearty appetizers and varied tt The days : a real attack on the line! We stayed in an apartment near the pool : spacious and with tt I comfort, only sore note the company of ants … the sea? Village Eden is a wonderful place for a family vacation, we enjoyed every bit of it. Apartments are spacious, clean, nice location and lovely surroundings with palms and gardens. Few things I would improve — shower drain doesn’t work properly so after two minutes water starts to accumulate and is impossible to drain. That means every person needs to wait about 30 minutes to use the shower again. Also the beach transfer could be a little more frequent during the afternoon. Otherwise it’s a lovely place, staff is absolutely amazing and the restaurant has the most beautiful views of the beach and the sea. Oh! And the beach is just lovely and the sea is the clearest I’ve ever seen.

The Location of our Apartment was perfect. 50 Meters to the Beach and Restaurants without the Feeling of being too close.
The Location of the whole Property is magnificent, but without a Car it is also a bit difficult to get around.
The Plant has, typical of Italy, come down slightly. But somehow that's part of it.
The Staff is really very friendly and actually had an open Ear for almost every Concern.
A Star Deduction for: — lousy WI-FI — one Night with 200 Bikers — The Hotel room is billed after nights, but Cots after Days?!
— The Apartments are really furnished in the Kitchen mies.
— Two Rolls Of toilet paper for a 6-part Apartment — Washing Machine costs 4 euros All in all a great Facility, but it leaves a lot of Potential (in Detail) untapped (We were two Families with a 1 1/2 year old and a 1/2 year old Child)

The best holiday was here! The best people-stuff, all day was awasome animation program, all day so much fun, beautiful nature, clean rooms and every places at resort, delicious food and every services was great! I recommend :) ♥

The beutiful place for family holiday, we enjoyed very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We just missed teapot in the kitchen of our appartment :)

A few days relaxing in a beautiful facility with a friendly staff and above all a truly immersive entertainment group.

Villa not described 250 meters from the beach, but less than 400 metres. The pool, table tennis and other activities only from 9: 00 early the pool was cordoned off verfügbar… zwischen 13 and 16: 00 and at 19: 00 was closing for the day.
The shuttledienst to the and of the sea is unfortunately only hourly available, walking the way back is almost impossible, because he so steeply uphill…
Beds must itself be deducted at checkout and we have only 2 seating as a 4-member family on beach get. The animation program is unusable and desolate.
All in all a disappointing experience for the price. What a pity.

Seven great days at this beautiful property clean rooms immersed in an oasis of greenery almost tropical, wonderful qualified except a incomprenzione upon arrival by the girl at the reception that despite the presence of a ten-month infant superbly the possibility of not having any momentary local in order to rule the small after a journey of about nine hours. Sea and beach, the restaurant staff ready to any request for us big and small. And a ten boys of animation with the legendary FRICO. It is worth to go again!

Great property! A small village, full of greenery, overlooking the beautiful little Beach "Grotticelle", with beautiful water and transparent! Recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing time and sea!

Amazing nature, clean beach… We had a very relaxing holidays here. Maybe next year we are coming back…
