Hi, I have stayed the first two weeks of July, residence.
Small premise: induction cooking fires (electrical).
The first week we few families in residence all friendly courteous efficient service.
The second week, the number of customers residence increases and here the problems begin.
The fires don't work calling the front desk tells the problem.
Send the technician (electrical technician personal opinion that has nothing) and pretends to look. After a now says it is a problem of Enel, not to worry that the next morning everything will be solved. Confident and understanding of the problem we take advantage and go dine out (without asking to dine free in their restaurant). The morning we heat the milk for children but the burners still do not work. Call the front desk to report the problem.
We send the usual ' technician ', to which we ask him a fast solution because we don't want to miss a morning of sea, without considering that children must have breakfast and I without a coffee I don't wake up.
At these words the "TECNICONE" tells us we can't do anything about the problem of Enel and also the previous year the residence has had the same problem, if we weren't happy we could point to other facilities.
This is the friendliness of the residence "LA BRUNESE" …
When the facilities are full you can appreciate the efficiency and friendliness … If this happened in July … I would not be among the vacationers in August.
