If you intend on staying here, the owner requires you pay first.
We could not sleep because the palazzo behind the rooms is very noisy where people loiter until early morning. Also, the window blind was broken so it was bright early in the morning. These aspects were not mentioned to us.
On a positive note, it was very clean and there was parking out front in the blue lines provided you are able to find a spot — provided it is hard to find parking anywhere in Lecce.
Be advised that “breakfast included” ONLY consists of a choice of one coffee and a choice of one sweet (ie one croissant). Anything beyond, you pay out of pocket. None of this was mentioned to us.
