Location is amazing, 20 steps from the sea and cliffs. Very close to the center with restaurants etc. Nice small town atmosphere. I was in Bari for a week and one night here in Romi (Polignano). If I had more time I would have spent more days in this city. The room was great with character, lovely little balcony. Very comfortable huge bed, own fridge etc. It was a great end to my trip in Puglia.
The whole place was clean and nicely decorated. The only small thing I would complain about is the smaller shower. Tall people have to bend over in it (low ceiling). And the shower also needs to be cleaned more deeply. Otherwise, everything was in absolutely top condition.
The property was actually very nice — it was in the great location close to the city centre, the balcony and the sundeck were lovely. They cleaned the apartment one during my stay.
The shower is very small and gets wet; there are two sets of very steep stairs. However, what I found very upsetting is that they accused me of not paying the city tax of 14 Euro, whereas actually followed the instructions they sent to leave the money and the key on the table. I even sent them the photo — I left double the amount, as the city tax and the tips for the cleaner. I find it outrageous that even though I followed their instructions and if someone took the money after I left to blame me when I followed their instructions precisely. It feels like a scam. I have never in my life experienced such treatment, and for this reason do not recommend this property. They even messaged Booking. Com to say I did not pay the city tax — which is even worse, because I explained the situation to them directly. Also, if someone can take the money so easily from the apartment they should have a different system, or include the city tax into the price.

The location was awesome so close to the beach and the palazza and all the eating places as well as stunning views 1 minute from the door step! The balcony and decks were awesome and getting to see peeps of the ocean was a bonus! The house really feels authentic with the cave like walls and narrow steps and rounded arches — it was super cool!.
The fridge wasn’t working at the time so we let the staff know so it could be fixed for the next people.
