The place looks great on pictures. They have a good web. The owner is nice. That is it for the positives.
You should select this place only if you hate to sleep.
We had two rooms. The room on the top floor had a water tank for the buildings around above our heads. The tank was noisy. Whenever somebody used water in the buildings, you had a sound like flashing toilet. We had that perhaps every 15 minutes through the night. Dreadfull. The blanket and pillow were not good either. The lovely terrace was not enough to remedy the pain.
Our friends had a room on the ground floor with a swimming pool in the badroom. The windows had little noise insulation. It was noisy. They were not excited about the swimming pool either. First, you smell the chlorine desinfection through the night. Second, you are scared, when you go to bathroom at night, you fall into the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinque Vite! Roscella and her partner were super nice and accommodating, and they were extremely helpful with helping us book tours/rides/giving us recommendations! They were also so pleasant to talk to.
The rooms were very clean and spacious, and very comfortable! The location was great too cause it was so close to everything and all walking distance, making our trip very convenient.
10/10 would highly recommend staying here :)

I loved this place (for more than just the great location, and awesome indoor pool). Rosella, was by far, one of the most helpful, attentive hosts I've ever come across. She helped us with strange requests, difficult dinner reservations and even assisted in a situation with the police (parking related). The room was immaculate with so much character. The floor plan was unique yet functional, and the addition of the pool takes it to another level. It is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and boutiques and a short drive to other lovely destinations. You could easily spend 5 days here (which I wish we did). Would definitely return!

Very modern design tastefully done with Hi-Tec accessories. Rosella was extremely helpful with everything. She helped us with the luggage and found us a parking spot in front of the building.
I would highly recommend this place.

It was stunning! Room with the pool — totally worth it! Bathroom and shower incredible, warm pool, comfortable bed, stunning lighting effects, available kitchenette, plus everything in the room is remote controlled — very impressive! Would definitely recommend.

Cinquevite is by far on of the best places in Italy that I’ve stayed, granted it might only be a bed and breakfast, but it’s not always about the quality of the food, or the size of the pool, it’s about how you feel where you’re there. The architecture of the building is stunning, it features 5 beautiful rooms, two with a plunge pool in the room, two apartments and a rooftop room with a terrace, which we’ve stayed in each time we’ve come. The attention to detail in the finishes is great, with Venetian plastered walls, giving a truly Italian feel, arched ceilings, crisp white linens, and lighting to highlight all its features. The best thing for me about Cinquevite is the host Rossella. She can’t do enough for you, from recommending and booking places to eat, arranging excursions, and even making sure you have somewhere to park when you arrive. Honestly, 5 stars all round!
