Nice hotel surrounded by greenery courteous staff and great service… family atmosphere.

We stayed at Easter and Easter Monday with my daughter and my husband…
kind friendly clean rooms and lots of goodness with lunches. All good and they available… 🤗

Friendliness and courtesy of the staff, Cleanliness rooms, but above all spectacular cuisine at the restaurant and also at the Malibu establishment where you have sunbeds with umbrella!

Park hotel Villa Americana I recommend it to everyone… the quiet rooms, always clean and tidy … the staff and waiters were all good, nice and very attentive to everything … they worked hard… excellent cuisine indeed more quality.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the beautiful village of Rhodes. The property is very nice and cared for, the staff kind. Ms Van Den Broek, President-in-Office of Mrs Emma from the reception was wonderful, attentive and caring and made us feel special! Thank you again for the wonderful holiday! ♥️

We stayed a week at Villa Americana; friendly welcome; helpful staff; restaurants full, dishes are always different and the taste is excellent; the shuttle service efficient with the Great Matteo. The Big Family Annunziata.

Clean hotel, good food. Great for celiac so much choice in the daily menu. In the centre of the village you do not feel much the distance from the seaside establishment contracted thanks to an efficient shuttle service. The only flaw is the absence of an evening animation for everyone.

Quite good meals but not served at the table ; lacks air conditioning in the restaurant and the Wi-Fi works almost nowhere. TV not always with available channels. Beach quite far away on foot. Great cleaning, courtesy and hotel held very well.

I have been a week with my husband and my 2 year old daughter, we were fine. Staff very friendly and helpful, the shuttle service was a kindness. Room cleaned daily, breakfast and lunch really good. Located at few steps from the city centre. For all these good reasons, I think that we will return willingly.

The staff The 2stello are just because:p er by phone they gave us a price (one night) and at check out we were given another price…
Then the room was for two but the linen was set up for one guest…
I add that the buffet breakfast was not at all abundant, even less that salty.

Suitable for every bathing and not need, for families who want to have a holiday by the sea, for new spouses, single etc. Equipped with all comforts and swimming pool, amphitheatre, lido by the sea with shuttle service.

Very friendly staff. Rooms a little small and breakfast not very abundant and diverse. Good dinner but with few choices. Great location in the Centre of the village.

I stayed the first time at this property in September 2014 with my spouse, when unfortunately this beautiful land has suffered a major blow by the flood of those days.
This however was not enough to bend the will and desire to bounce back from these wonderful people who know how to welcome you as if you were a child.
This year we experienced yet this wonderful magic.
Upon arrival we were immediately met before from people, their warmth, kindness and infinite availability.
At the reception the boys give you always smiling all the information you need and even more if you need something outside of the hotel. With them there is always some guy of animation which in addition to often bulky luggage with you helps you to take to the room.
I'm glad to be back here, because every American worker does it really from the heart. From the Lord that clears up the rooms to all components of the kitchen, very nice and always helpful Michele to hotel management and every other piece of Americana.
Infinite THANKS go out to the people who have literally pampered and cared for a trivial and unapologetic accident poor soundproof on the last day and that meant you were staying another day with them.
So I thank you with all my heart the whole family running the hotel and that among other things also rescued in the first instance and subsequently accompanied him in two different points of first aid.

We would like to understand from Mr. David from what shows that the services are getting worse every year, given that in 2015 we had the "pleasure" to have him as our guest.

Overall rating of the holiday just passed is great, 5 stars. I'd be tempted to give 5 stars even at the hotel villaamericana because of the availability of the staff makes you forget the many little flaws found. In detail:
Standard room smallish for 4 people but always clean and change of towels and bed linen (staff friendly to the point conquer a basin from my son of 3 years, fabulous! )
Perfect parking.
The pool somewhat small, sometimes a little dirty but with the wind is understandable, tub not working.
Dining: the room is arranged with round tables about 8 people, we being in 4 were placed with another family. I told the nurse that was fundamental for me my family's intimacy during meals and I was promptly taken care of with a table just for us. Waiters all very kind, Nicholas in particular, sometimes a little disorganized. Tablecloth I never changed in a week and no paper sopratovaglia with 2 kids was dirty at the end. Great food: well-prepared and with quality ingredients. Right quantity. Poor instead only 2 choices: menu (third Prime is always pasta with tomato sauce and the third second often mozzarella). To be honest I must say that I once wrote on the menu that we didn't like anything between seconds and they brought mozzarella and ham though not in menu. Vegetables would be preferable to buffet.
Shuttle service just great, the driver Michele are delightful, very nice and helpful (by the way the beach is also accessible on foot).

We had a great time. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Deserves.

Found a very exaggerated for two days even though August 14 and 15 but 480 euros are many for a 3 star hotel.
