What can I say. A gift made for my parents. (Spa path + massage).
Dirt everywhere, sunbeds, tables, swimming pool, sauna etc etc … An indecent massage and severely tight deadlines.
I only recommend a change of management.

The structure should be a bit 'renovated but overall we were fine. We had the room with balcony overlooking the sea and already this is a highlight. Large and spacious dining room. Manager, room staff, reception and cleaning helpful and friendly. We have seen so much good will and so much desire to start again after the covid period. Keep up the 💪

For my experience in the hotel I have to say very welcoming from the staff to the cleanliness… great food nothing to say… highly recommended.

Very negative experience… both on food and on the management of everything for me is worth half a star … I don't recommend it to anyone, I won't go back!
Nightmare holiday!

I wouldn't give a star if it wasn't for the site. A bad experience I had asked for a bottle warmer in the room having a small baby but nothing was done despite having called several times to ask for confirmation… I found myself with my husband doing up and down x the bar not to mention unspecified breakfast times at the reservation. And not even a modicum of x-degree elasticity meet the customer's needs… I don't recommend it at all!

We were so happy! few days but gorgeous! very kind staff who follow you in every way! Clean rooms with stained glass windows on the wonderful pool! Relaxing heated spa and indoor pool and icing on the cake 100 points to the chef! three dinners based you fish one better than the other! In short, if I were to recommend a location to bichooses nicotel to VITA! Definitely!

Bad experience. I give a star because you can't give less. The hotel is by no means 4-star. Maybe to one. Zero cleaning, not to mention the Spa. Bad cleaning, it's very small, we had to queue to get into the sauna or the steam room, at the risk of taking mushrooms or some infection. Really bad experience. The structure is falling apart, the emergency door next to our room did not close because it was worn out by rust. Carpet of the hallways stained and dirty. A place that's just waiting for demolition. If you want to ruin your holiday, go there.

We were directed to this Hotel after the experience faced at the same Nicotel however of Corato. In this we found the famous air conditioning although malfunctioning, the pool. The dinner on the first evening was shameful (foods I think expired) so much so that many of the guests, who were with us, complained to the escorts who in turn had to report to the hotel staff who justified themselves by saying that the menu is arrived from the Nicotel Hotel in Corato. We're at the comics. The pool was clean. For the rest my judgment is NO!

I've been this week and I have to say I was really amazed… Kind and courteous staff especially Joseph of the reception. Rooms always clean yummy food and refined and elegant structure. Really congratulations to all the staff.!

The hotel was pretty old with nasty carpet all over. Some of the rooms are separated by a very thin wood door, meaning that you can hear people next door. We heard the TV at 4 in the morning, crying babies, and loud conversation. Unable to sleep at night, we tried to sleep during the day and unfortunately the person next door was snoring too loud. … A total nightmare. They finally gave us a different room and it was much better, since the rooms were separate. The beach was very far and very crowded. It costs $30 Euros for two chairs and an umbrella. Total rip off.

4-star hotel. The rooms are comfortable and large, with balcony sea views. The problems are related to stained carpeting, not very plentiful breakfast and dinner which, although the food is yummy, can happen to end early. Great spa which, despite being small, is great. With the reservation you have 10% off the lido, but it still remains expensive (30 euros per umbrella and two sunbeds)

I was in this hotel on August 3rd with a coupon. Very friendly reception staff, hearty breakfast and good outdoor pool. For the rest just read all the reviews to understand the health status of the hotel. What struck me the most is the bad smell you can smell in the room. The impression was of cigarette smoke radiating throughout the room with a greater concentration in the bathroom, the carpet, which is present everywhere, helps to accentuate the bad smell, the wallpaper present in the bathroom and in some places detached from the wall not to mention the pillows that are almost non-existent. Nice balcony sin not being able to sit, chairs and coffee table are dirty and feature rust areas, a more in-depth talk deserves the Spa that has definitely seen better days.

It's a nice hotel. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. The sea is close. The rooms are spacious.

Imposing Hotel but fine anni90. Not adequately abreast of modern times. Very large rooms, but not sufficiently clean and with non-functioning air conditioners. Pillow Sheets. Pictures on the floor in the corridors and elevator quite slow and inefficient. What about the spa? No comment. Not to mention the breakfast then.

Relaxing experience, in a private location. The parking lot is a bit run down and with water leaks from the ceiling. Staff at the front desk friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view, pity that however the air conditioning did not work. Small but functional spa. Outdoor pool clean and surrounded by a nice portion of trees and flowers.

Perfect, no other words, perfect swimming pool inside and outside as well, perfect spa, good room and good food as well. I loved it.

I bought a coupon along with my wife with SPA, half board and overnight. The rooms are nice and clean equipped with fridge with drinks and snake, really chic bathroom, the use of the underground garage was very useful, the SPA not bad, the breakfast ultra plentiful, only the lunch good but limited. Very friendly staff. Overall more than satisfied.

Hotel with easy access and immediate reperibilita. I was a guest in winter with a package B&B + spa. I estimate this formula very convenient and extremely effective. At its expense, however, does not benefit the reduced functionality of the spa that I found very small and below the average quality in the spa area. All in all however I still have a good memory of the whole structure and staff.

Nice Service and Atmosphere. The rooms were nicely constituted and the food was also really good.

Beautiful experience. At first I was very hesitant reading the reviews some negative, but then I said let's try and I'll judge, and in fact I had a great time. We had a very affordable coupon with spa, dinner and overnight breakfast, and I have to say that everything was perfect starting from the food an abandoned buffet breakfast and a really good dinner to finish to the friendly and 100% helpful staff. Well I would say to try and not stop reading the negative reviews as I did. I would recommend it to everyone and I'll come back very much but very soon.

The organization is an optional in this place, already from the reservation of the rooms each provided prices to please depending on the person you were talking to. The SPA is decaying, ants everywhere, hygiene almost non-existent. Apart from the fact that we served alone, no treatment, the SPA is there, but only because they find it! For lunch not terrible, breakfast was made up of cold cakes, cold cappuccino. I mean, they had the broken oven I guess! The only good thing: the hot croissants! Not recommended.

We bought a package including SPA, half board and overnight. We assume that, the SPA is non-existent, swimming pool certainly not at 30 degrees as a signpost and sauna with wooden slats staccatesi from the wall. Cleanliness worthy of an abandoned ruin. Overnight in a room near another fire and still in that state, only 2 and a half years. Definitely not enough lunch with cooked food just to show off. Only point in favor, it is given by the view of the rooms and by the staff that tries to give an impression to the hotel that it does not have. Too bad, because the structure deserves a maintenance and a modernization. Overall, I won't come back.

A good hotel with a sea view. Ample underground parking. Two pools, one outside with ample space to relax complete with bar service, another pool is inside. There is also A gym and wellness area available. Good and spacious rooms. The service is efficient and courteous staff. Good also the kitchen with rich dishes in the choice and plentiful.

Courtesy in booking, arrival and stay. Cleanliness and order in the room. Beautiful view of the sea from large terrace. Great Sauna and Turkish bath. We can't judge the pool because unfortunately nn was available but it looked tempting. Good local food. Walk on the waterfront great for those who love to walk and run but not for those who want to shop.

Very clean room I asked for extra pillows and after two minutes I was taken, great. The spa is always clean well organized and the lady who is at the reception is very nice and courteous. Only drawback there are only three hangers on the wall for the bathrobes, everything else great.

I stayed at this hotel with a few other friends of mine as we were all going to our friend's wedding. The hotel isn't a 4 star hotel and I have no idea how they can claim that. The room was possibly what I would expect from a bad 2 star hotel, the carpet was dirty the furniture old and in need of repair, the shower leak and the shower head tube was damaged, there is no iron or boiler in the rooms, the curtains are dirty and old, they only provided one pillow each and it was as thick as a stack of 4 slices of bread and to top everything off the air conditioning doesn't actually work. I think the only good things about this hotel are the pool and the proximity to the sea, maybe if I was to be generous the breakfast was okay.

Last week of August. Great place, good food but slow staff. Great for families who want to relax or adult couples who want to stay in peace. Council.

Lousy. Hotel was without air con for 6 days in 35 degrees and the manageress lied to guests constantly about when it would be fixed.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Seven days as seven years in Tibet but without brad! A disaster. Icy weather and flooding in the room, first from the ceiling and then why have seen fit to leave the door open sea side window tt day during a tropical storm. The great thing was their sentence: the environment is a little more cool but I close the window Lady. — 20 degrees! 22 hours. 00: (after 12 hours of work) : Lady at this hour I can give as dinner two slices of ham but can choose between cooked and raw! 4 stars. Quanteeeeee.

Chamber filled with every comfort and bright. Spa smallish but cozy with double indoor and outdoor. Staff attentive to every need. Highly rated restaurant.

Outstanding service, highly recommend this hotel. The staff members really went out of their way to help: re-opening the swimming pool just for us, mailing the iTouch that my son lost, late dinner service. Dinner and breakfast were good, the rooms were excellent. We did not have much time to explore the area, but loved the Trani cathedral.
