To say the least wonderful, in itself the whole thing is well organized and the atmosphere is almost surreal… only the room let me down a bit… but the restaurant the spa the welcome the place all … All… it was magical.

I have had the opportunity several times to be a guest of this structure, in the various situations dinner, stay and wellness path, what to say wonderful place, polite staff prepared and available advice to everyone to spend a complete weekend or only wellness path bordering on perfection.

Location, restaurant, cleanliness, staff. Three magnificent days, a lovely place… we will definitely be back.

Ancient structure, completely restored, right in front of the Cathedral of Conversano. Cozy environment, clean and furnished room with elegant-modern style. Although located inside the ZTL it is easily accessible to unload and pick up luggage, just outside the ZTL ample parking options, even free. We stayed only one night, but Conversano is worth a more thorough visit and can be a base for travel to nearby places such as Polignano al Mare, Alberobello and others.

Characteristic and evocative environments immersed in a very fascinating ancient context, from the spa to the rooms to the restaurant on the terrace you are impressed by how the places have been restored to its former glory and made the most of it while keeping its intact Charm. Very pleasant spa. Friendly staff. Simple but beautiful and well-toned furniture. All very clean. Small details to improve: noise of the bathroom vacuums, you hear all those of the other rooms, and flashing the fire sensor too visible at night. The package purchased included a welcome drink that we didn't see.

I was in this hotel about a year ago, in suite with whirlpool, very characteristic, the lodgings were separated from the rest of the hotel, in other structures always of the period very well cared for details. Clean and beautiful room with a large Jacuzzi, and typical products to taste. Only negative notes the impossibility of parking near the hotel as it is located in a old town and the bed which was a bit noisy. Overall really nice.

Magical place for a weekend in total relax, the spa is small and cozy, the staff is courteous and professional. Very clean room with all the comforts.
The dinner was sublime and the breakfast good with local products like jams and pastries.

It is a very special hotel, located in the historical center of the city.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo effettuato un percorso benessere presso questa struttura. Il percorso è molto intimo ed adatto principalmente ad una coppia, si suddivide in 3 momenti doccia emozionale, sauna e idromassaggio. Ho apprezzato molto l'organizzazione della struttura che anche se con spazi non molto grandi è riuscita a conciliare più coppie tra di loro evitando che effettuassero più attività contemporaneamente. Consigliato a chi di soggiorno a conversano vuole provare un momento di relax.

Staff are not very helpful. Exceptional structure. Smells like cigarette smoke during the wellness trail.

Magical experience in a charming place, Spa at the height of expectations, spacious room clean golden of every comfort, in the restaurant on the top floor sublime dinner and Breakfast with a huge choice of options. Polite earnest staff meticulously educated. To be recommended for a relaxing trip.

Great structure to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Cleanliness and kindness of the staff are the strong points.

Spent three nights here. The room had a good view down a narrow street. The rooftop restaurant has good food and good service and the hotel arranged an excellent wine tasting for our party.

Fine værelser, hyggeligt sted. Ikke 5 stjerner fordi de havde ændret vores værelse (aftale vi havde lavet med dem), men de havde gjort det mens vi var væk, uden notice. Vi kom meget forvirret ind på et værelse der ikke var vores.

We stayed yesterday in this magnificent place, apart from the amazing location. To be appreciated is the professionalism and sympathy of the old man who served us phenomenal dishes to say the least. Our congratulations to the chef and all the staff… to repeat absolutely…

Lovely hotel best nights sleep in a longtime. Although some breakfast staff a bit noisy! Great place to visit other towns. Although bus and train travel is not straightforward!

Great restaurant in the heart of Conversano, beautiful terrace all top floor, offering magnificent views of the city (not from all the tables though). Very tranquil and romantic environment surrounds high level cuisine, which uses local raw materials and first choice. Improved the meat and the speed of the service, but it is still "errors" of high-level, small details.
Medium/high prices, depends on what you want to eat.
Reservation recommended, not just park near.

A surprise. Aside from the slightly "unvoiced", the structure is remarkable for location and to expectations. Personally I stayed in a separate room — large architectural solution to cut the interiors — and so I lived less than the central body, which invitation to imagine black and white. The spa area is simply a residual space but still well housed, as well as small but effective the breakfast terrace. Point out to throw a restaurateur starry …

Simply amazed by the beauty of this hotel. A dream come true! Exceptional cuisine with typical Apulian cuisine, wonderful Spa and excellent rooms! I recommend everyone to go there at least once in their lifetime. The atmosphere is more unique than rare. The staff then, both the hotel and the offices is just great! Kudos to you.

After paying 309, 00 € for one night including: Jacuzzi suite 189€, two cradles 30 €, a wellness program 30 €, lunch for two 60 €.
My judgment is almost 3 star hotel, the praise goes to the ancient structure well kept at the restaurant we ate well the wellness program based on good, now the well-known mourners after pressing the hot tub (5 minutes) we notice a loss we call a manager who in turn contacts the maintainer that absent cannot come. The Manager tries to understand something but you notice under the bottom of the tub part not visible normally moulds losses definitely persistent, with many more towels for a possible worsening of the loss we use the tub.
Then we notice other molds on the tent near the tub, surely due to water.
The décor that mean subjective judgement a little cold.
I'm sorry but for that money I expected a lot more species on cleanliness.

Corte altavilla is original and striking, breathes a unique atmosphere because it's a historic structure in the historic center of a beautiful little town.

The night we arrived in Conversano, our hotel had booked us into the gorgeous little rooftop restaurant for an introduction into Italian (and Apulian) cuisine. Having spent most of the afternoon travelling and learning to drive on the wrong (right) side of the road, we were in need of some Italian hospitality and boy, were we not disappointed. Over a romantic, candlelit table for two (mum and I), plate upon plate of ridiculously amazing food was set in front of us and we ended up so full I could barely shuffle back to the room afterwards. They kicked off the fare with two platters of typical Puglian appetisers. On one, a gorgeous swordfish ceviche with tangy fresh lime juice and tart red peppercorns; a pearl barley and cucumber salad; and a fresh seafood salad of prawns and octopus served in a clamshell and squeezed with lemon. The second, deep fried courgette flowers; a cheese souffle; and aubergine stuffed with minced pork and vinegary slices of red onion, all drizzled with local balsamic vinegar. Following this, in typical Italian form, was a primi of pasta — handmade orrecchiette pasta in a fresh tomato sauce made with the tastiest olive oil — small bites stuffed with softly roasted warming cherry tomatoes. Then for the secondi, we had grilled sea bream instead of the veal and after that, vanilla pannacotta with tangy blackberries and fruit coulis. We coupled this with a dry Apulian red and lashings of self-congratulation.

Very nice but uncomfortable also for the fact that some rooms are exterior access is only with stairs and are not serviced by elevators.

Great kitchen and dining/dinner and table service.
