CHEAP hotel restaurant prices!

I buy a wellness package as a gift to a friend… hydromassage pool path in the norm nothing particular absence of very basic comfort services … excellent facial massage … aperitif including a catastrophe… low quality of the product, hair in the sandwich that nn there is replaced but brought a different thing soggy breadstick frisella neache wet fried cold … In short, a disaster. If you do not know how to offer an aperitif nn include it in the promotional packages … you will miss the clt spa that in its spartanity is done well.

Noisy room felt like sleeping with a cruise ship in front of it marching. (likely engine rooms / air conditioning of the hotel). Called the reception quite superficial and not inclined to the satisfaction of the guests sent me an attendant in order only to take time, he dismissed me telling me that not having other rooms I had to cry alone, breakfast largely below the standards, at check out I was not even asked if the stay had gone well. I don't recommend it.

It is an elegant structure and, certainly, equipped with every comfort. My knowledge is limited only to the common areas and meeting rooms but it is enough to say that the staff is very helpful, the rooms are large and very comfortable, as well as very convenient is the parking (free) available for guests, as well as the location very close to the airport but also convenient for those who reach it from the provinces south of Bari. Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of attending it only for work reasons.

SNAPSHOT = details below — Nice modern building. Inconsistent guest experience. Not far from the airport. Two seperate stays. First stay was comfortable but certainly not luxurious. Second stay was miserable. Room was unbearably hot and stuffy — this coming from the guy who wears sweaters in July. Level of service does not match what design of the building would indicate what should be expected. Check — in on first visit went fine. Second check — in was fumbling and confusing — even though we started off this adventure in Italian. When we switched to English and played dumb tourist, the process improved. Overall, 3 stars — I want to believe that good attitudes will overcome what may not have been an experience representing what they seek to achieve. Great views of Adriatic from higher floors. Upper-floor restaurant was not operating and in shambles when I explored amenities. They want to do well. Hope they get there. Everyone was nice and genuinely cared.

Sono stata presso questa struttura per un percorso spa con la mia ragazza. La struttura è bellissima e nuova. Il personale cortese e giovane. Il percorso spa è molto bello, ha la spa, bagno turco, docce emozionali, lettini con acqua calda rilassanti, sala del ghiaccio, idromassaggio e piscina con lettini. Lo consiglio!

I was There for a convention.
At the end of the conference we had lunch there. While eating they took the chairs advanced passing them even above the table and The dishes, served as if we had to give a move to finish everything. The dessert was not served at all and when told to the waiters they further delayed to finish serving everyone. Too bad because I have been there other times and the service has been 100 times better.

Nice and cozy Hotel near the airport. The location is interesting because, although not close to the center of Bari, you get there easily with a local train (the station is within walking distance). The Hotel has covered parking included in the price. Nice and clean rooms. Excellent the heated swimming pool (included in the price) and the Spa (only 20 EU for guests). Good Breakfast Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good bedding. Quiet. Very convenient for early morning flights taking off from Bari. Very nice reception. But not the level of a 4 star: plastic glasses, no electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room, no complimentary mineral water, no slippers, trouted toilet towels. The restaurant is not good: warm boiled vegetables (warmed), hard and tasteless meat. The service is sullen. The atmosphere is dark and sad.

Very Convenient also because it is adjacent to the Airport of Bari Palese (wishing you could also walk out to the Airport).
They Cook Divinely and use excellent quality products.

There are no words to describe this beautiful Hotel. I go there at least twice a month, and I never scoccerei. I recommend to anyone, especially the gym and the spa. Moderate prices.

I have been a client of the Princes ' Park for years. Today after making a reservation from Trivague and visiting in the hotel I communicate that I would have to pay extra for the little girl since all other times had never happened. But the problem is that I have communicated 3 different rates in 5 minutes. Asking explanations to the director not only turned in an arrogant and very rude but told me that if I wanted I could go elsewhere. She went to remember that three years ago my daughter then little had soiled the armchair with the pen saying that my daughter had ruined their armchair. A customer for years that minimum spends 100 150 euros per night using various extra services and then I am treated like that. If this is the way you have to treat your customers they are more than happy to not be there anymore. At the root of everything it takes education and way of saying things. If I could give less than a star L I would have given.

Room 7th floor with ascent in panoramic elevator. Excellent furnishings and finishes. Staff Good breakfast I would have liked to have breakfast something typical view of the excellent Apulian cuisine.

Well-kept hotel, comfortable and clean room. Facilities available in good quality as well as SPA pool. Very relaxing the whirlpool area. Gym allows you to train with weights and fitness machines appropriate. Good quality Restaurant Well-stocked breakfast. All the staff showed very nice and helpful. I will definitely return if I were to stay in town again.

The spa wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We indulged in an afternoon relaxing, spa course package, pool and 30min massage.
The wellness path is cute in the atmospheres and architecture, less cute were the loud dialogues between the workers and the cleaning girl who washed the floor of the rooms with us inside, leaving the doors open creating spiffs of cold air.
The pool is beautiful large with an adequate water and environment temperature.
The couple massage confirmed how little they invest in the operators these large structures.
We don't know if the girls were interstellar or otherwise, they certainly weren't masseuses, maybe they were just improvised beauticians in a massage.
Gradita would also have been a herbal tea or a drink at the end of the route, but perhaps given the late time (20:00) they had to complete the cleaning and close.

There are not hot options (no bacon, eggs etc) but there is a good selection of pastries, cake, bread, etc, as well as cold deli meats and cheeses. I fully enjoyed breakfast. Wi-Fi was also strong and fast all over the property. Great for getting some work done. I visited the pool in the morning and it was also good. It was very relaxing. The swimming cap was unusual, but didn't change the experience. I would very happily stay again in the future.

Unfriendly waiters and despite "Please don't disturb" came the cleaning lady and woke me up after the night shift.

Great rooms, clean and spacious. Strategic place, a few meters from the airport. Absolutely avoid restaurant and bar. Poor food quality and poor quality of the dishes. Very poor preparation of the staff of the room and the bar. Too bad.

Excellent structure, new, strategically located near Bari Airport. The presence of many conference and meeting rooms, thanks to the good restaurant present in the hotel, makes the park of the princes one of the most suitable locations for the organization of events. The prices are correct and the overall quality is good. There is also a garage for the guests. Perfect.

The room was very clean In the hotel there is a good restaurant with local and international dishes. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, some more attention to foods for intolerant such as vegetable dairy and gluten-free products would not spoil. Free covered parking is available.

The place is lovely, the staff impeccable from the room to the reception, to the spa. Great room with a fabulous shower. We had dinner divinely. Cleanliness throughout the property. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel within close vicinity of the airport. Free parking and breakfast. They provide free shuttle to the airport too if required. The rooms are quite big and have all the required amenities.

I am a regular customer at this hotel since it opened until now. If I make a comparison with other hotels in Bari, there's no comparison. The connection between the airport and the hotel is very close. This hotel has its own service of transport of travelers that if you need it, takes you anywhere in the area. Prices are not especially expensive if we understand that this hotel is a four star with 5 star service.
Breakfast is especially good and you won't be hungry with its fantastic free buffet.

We made here a technical stop to arrive in Salento. Great location for those who are just passing by, room very spacious and clean. The restaurant is convenient for a dinner and the breakfast plentiful. Nice waiters although a bit formal.

When I stop to Bari I always try to come here. Rooms large and clean, good internet connection also to the 9th floor… nice staff and atmosphere of relaxation, sin always have a little time… maybe the prices could be revised downwards, but the rest is really excellent!

It is very closer to the airport. The rooms are clean and good. Very closer to the metro station to travel to the center. The quality of the breakfast was the best I have ever experinced in Italy. And the cost of the accommodation is cheap compare than other otels in the same level hotels. But you have to wait for 20 min. For the airport shuttle bus.

Pros: It was really clean and nicely decorated. Its relatively close to the train station for easy travel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and spa area (didn't use the spa to fully judge but would sure love to have tried it) Cons: room was definitely smaller than expected, no wash cloth for you to shower with, no lotion in the rooms. The worst hotel gym I've ever been to, only had 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and one all in one bench thats shaky and feels like it might fall apart as you use it. The sad thing is that the area is decently big so there is so much potential for not just a decent but one of the better hotel gyms. Extremely disappointing gym. Just a equally disappointing was the breakfast. Same concept, big dining area but all they serve is juice, coffee, bread, and fruit. Decorated nicely makes it seem it's alot better than it actually is but when you actually look for something to eat, you barely have anything to choose from. Several guest were upset for even waking up earlier for what was presented.

Nice structure, very close to the airport comfortable for staying overnight if you land in the night or have to leave in the morning. Not recommended to people who want to stay in Bari more days: in this case, for turistic purposes, there are better solutions inside the city. Not bad for dinner and breakfast, but far from excellence. Nice place also for business meetings and events. Spa and gim inside. Free covered park. Less than 100e per night.

The location is perfect for professional meetings and for quick departures from/to the local Bari airport, which is literally a 2 minutes trip away. Haven't experienced a night stay, will comment later on that.

Molto accogliente ed elegante.

The hotel is modern but elegant at the same time. The lobby features a waterfall with soft lighting. The breakfast room is very spacious and the breakfast itself (which is included in the price for all) is of the highest quality. Car parking is free for all guests and, given the location of the hotel which is near the airport but away from the Centre, is really handy.
