Comments related to the restaurant: quiet place immersed in the Maiella National Park. Typical local cuisine, very good and plentiful food. Rustic locale, wood and stone. Efficient service, friendly staff. There are two ways to get to the local. I recommend to choose the road that goes from Roccamorice towards S. Spirito to Maiella, much more comfortable.

This restaurant is incredible. Your up in the mountains in a stone house that was built over 100 years ago. Everything that is edible must come from the local community and this is enforced by law to everyone living within this community. I believe the reason is because it's a provincial park and the government what's to preserve its beauty. The chef cooks what is available that day and serves you dish after dish of a variety of foods that are remarkable. The food kept coming… just when you think it's over there's more… The staff at this place are very friendly and make you feel like you are at home. What a great find! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Very nice location, comfortable double room for two people and a toddler of two years (in Latvian with us) and to be a farm, food level. Feasible family outings to the nearby hermitages.

It was a wonderful holiday. Mr. Gabriele and his fantastic family welcomed us and made us feel part of them. I would recommend everyone to spend a holiday from them. Great food great service great all around.

Magical and enchanting place, immersed in the wonderful land of Abruzzo. By booking, and with the right time, you can also have the possibility to eat directly in the Tholos, the ancient pastoral structure… and there is dream!
Cuisine of the highest quality, traditional but also innovative. The products are all from the family company. The service is great and the welcome is very pleasant and warm.

I have just returned from a beautiful holiday spent at the farm Tholos and already feel the lack of this land bucolic! Warmly welcomed by the Peacock family, I spent unforgettable days in peace and quiet. I enjoyed the traditional cuisine of Abruzzo: The Chitarrine with the gravy, the sagne with the chickpeas, the lamb, the arrosticini, the vegetables freshly harvested from the garden, the exquisite sweets… From the window of my room opened a beautiful panorama that ranged from the park of Maiella to the Monti del Morrone.

A fantastic place to spend a holiday. The beautiful room in renovated houses have fallen to us immediately. It has mountains, a great view of the Morrone —. Especially impressed with the family atmosphere and the warmth with which we have been admitted. You realize that the hosts, the food are very on the heart. You have to build largely themselves, and to create always new and surprising Treats. We come back there always. Highly recommend to you.

This is the 4th time that we have stayed here. As always, they never disappoint. Prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean and food — OMG, the food is out of this world. They go as far as growing their own grain to make the pasta. They have their own goats, which they milk and make their cheese from — they redefine home-cooked meals. There is a small farm on-site, and they encourage the kids to interact with the animals. If you go, you will have a great time.

Great place. Rooms are very simple, but clean. There is heating in the winter and looks like AC in the summer, although this time of year we did not need to turn it on. The food is FANTASTIC — all local, all homemade. You can see they really take pride in their work. We'll be back here often as we have relatives in the area and need a place to stay. The setting is fantastic.
